I would like to change the colors of my links on a specific page of my website. I tried to modify some CSS code you gave me for a different page, but was unsuccessful. I’d like to change the active (selected link) color and the hover color on the link to our financial statements near the bottom of the page.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. I will send you a link to my webpage ASAP.-Donna

I deactivated the Gutenberg plugin and now the layout is available for you. I created a draft page titled “”00 Test Page Builder.”
I also adjusted the settings in the classic editor to allow for easy switching between the block editor and classic editor.
Let me know if that works for you! If you want the ability to switch between editors to be removed, let me know and I’ll adjust that back for you.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Missing Men / Nav Item
January 10, 2019 at 7:21 am #212853Hi, bit of a weird one I have never encountered before:
In Chrome it shows all menu items, but in Firefox it is missing one (called B4Y Package).
Any advice please? (I did recently re-name the page but have since removed it from the menu & re-added it to no avail).
Many thanks

January 9, 2019 at 5:59 pm #212816in your theme options > page settings you have set “Single Page Content Width Default” to fullwidth. Set that to contained.

Are you using any other plugins that allow for enabling and disabling of certain blocks? If so, make sure it’s not turned off.
If siteorigin page builder is active, you should be able to click the plus icon for adding a block, then search for the siteorigin block.
If you’re not seeing it, a login would be very helpful so I can try and find out why it’s not showing up.

In forum: Ascend ThemeTopic: Content page width
I have one site that I have set up which seems to use more of the width of the page which I do not like. the content below the sliders seems to use full width and only way I can get it more center is to add padding or margin to the images which I do not need to do on my other sites using the same theme.
site in question is *Login to see linkcould you take a look for me

January 9, 2019 at 3:45 pm #212793I’d like to know what to do myself, so I can if needed make the necessary tweaks to other sites. I installed and activated “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” and then after your mention of “the site origin layout widget” added and activated “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle” — still not seeing any block available that has anything to do with SiteOrigin.

Thank you, the WPML switcher is ok now.
On the second menu: i pasted the wrong link. Sooorry!
That is actually the only page without a second menu, just the filter. Please just klick on any other menu item to see the actual second menu.
Tested in IE11 on W10 and it’s centered. I applied (!important) to all CSS but it still gets overwriten in ascend.cssIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Schema.org Structured Data Really Needs Work
I see what you mean.
Yes, this is actually never a correct implementation. Blogposting schema is only meant to be one entity per page. My recommendation is to remove from all category or blog archive style pages.
It should only be applied to individual pages and/or posts, with the information on the page describing just that one post/page.

January 9, 2019 at 11:15 am #212736I don’t think I’m being clear, I’m specifically referencing the pages where more then one post is shown. Not the individual posts themselves.
http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/blog/
^ For example there, each post has markup. Does that now not matter?
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Schema.org Structured Data Really Needs Work
Yes, but at the current time it benefits AMP pages more. I am the kind of person that likes to future proof so in my opinion it’s best practice to implement it in 2019.

January 9, 2019 at 10:57 am #212733So in your opinion on a blog page should each post have schema markup or not?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Sidebar not visible
January 9, 2019 at 10:45 am #212730Hey,
Using the portfolio grid template will remove hte sidebar. If you want a sidebar with portfolio grid then you would need to use the normal page template and add the portfolio shortcode:[portfolio_posts columns="2" items="10"]For example.
Please note that you are using the free theme on that site and the free theme doesn’t have portfolio posts shortcodes so you will need to activate the premium version.
