Missing Men / Nav Item

Hi, bit of a weird one I have never encountered before:
In Chrome it shows all menu items, but in Firefox it is missing one (called B4Y Package).
Any advice please? (I did recently re-name the page but have since removed it from the menu & re-added it to no avail).
