I like what I’ve been able to do so far with my membership, but I’m having a bit of an issue with a couple of things and would love some more help, Ben. 🙂

The first things is that I seem a couple of the title headers to the certain pages are now missing.

These two in particular:

This part doesn’t have the title of the page. It should say “Shop,” but more importantly, the menu to the page is now gone and that’s pretty crucial.

This one doesn’t have the header either. It should also say “Shop.” *Login to see link

Here’s an example of what it should like that. *Login to see link

Also, I have no idea why this is happening and it’s only within the custom template. In the checkout page(but not in the template), the order details are not bordered as they should be. Side note: Is there a way to show the pictures of the items within the order list?

In the same page, the paypal payment checkout is misaligned, but it shows up as it should in the normal(not custom template) checkout page.

And one last thing. I’d like to hover over the individual images in the product archive to look like this site’s page, *Login to see link and actually, I would LOOOVE to replicate their checkout page: *Login to see link

Hannah, sorry but I need code for the “hover” action.

I copied and changed what you sent for active and inactive to what I thought would work for hover action, but it didn’t work….

Yes, thank you for your quick response and great help!! I plugged in both codes for both conditions for issues #2 & #3, they both worked.

I understand about the issue #1 being looked into. I am working on my website alone & I appreciate all the hard work you guys are doing! Continual progress!!

I have a question about the Pinnacle Gallery Widget & Gallery Widget images for the following page, not the caption text but the alt tag titles. Is there a way to omit the alt tag titles from showing up when site visitors click on them?

Do you have WooCommerce currently installed and activated? If not, I would definitely advise starting there.

I went to Kadence because I wanted to edit the sales pages etc

Are you meaning to use a Kadence theme? Or are you just using kadence plugins? And if so, which plugins?

You have a plugin adding lazy load which is great for performance if it works. but that plugin isn’t initiating lazy load, if you’ve turned it off just for that page that could be your issue.

If you don’t know which plugin can you send me a login I can take a look.

I am using revolution slider on this site, and I’m not sure if the delayed animation counts as lazy load. (and I saw that you aren’t recommending revolution any longer) But I also see that with the blocks, LazyLoad for images, LazyLoad for iframes/videos and Minify/combine HTML are checked by default. I can uncheck the iframes/videos, but isn’t it LazyLoad beneficial for page performance?

Hey,
The PHP notice isn’t an error, that is just a notice of a change in curl, one that the galleries plugin will change with a coming update. That Notice wouldn’t affect the site or how it’s running. If you manually resend emails in the order page (top right corner) does it send?

Yes I’m using the twenty seventeen theme. I’m kind of new to WordPress/elementor so I’m really struggling with these things. I’ve installed woo commerce like a month ago with the idea to create a webshop whenever the rest of my website is done. Probably I recreated the pages yes.. Is it better to reinstall woo commerce or maybe another theme?

I went to Kadence because I wanted to edit the sales pages etc. in the style of the rest of my website, but somehow I’m not managing to get everything working the right way before I start customizing…

Hello,

1. I’m not sure why that isn’t working. I’ll flag this for a developer followup so Ben can take a look.

2. There may be a setting in the widget to control the output of the arrows. If not, then you can force them to always show with this CSS:

.sow-carousel-title a.sow-carousel-next, .sow-carousel-title a.sow-carousel-previous {
    display: block !important;
}

3. I believe changing that text would require use of a child theme and a custom function, but Ben will be able to confirm or deny this when he sees this thread. You can hide it entirely on those search pages with this bit of CSS though:

    display: none;
}

Hey,
Looks like you’re using twenty seventeen theme which I’m not very familiar with. When installing WooCommerce the plugin will automatically create shop, cart, checkout and account pages. Did you re-create these? In WooCommerce > Settings > Products which page do you have set as your shop page?

Perfect, Thanks, done. One issue though:
I have the cell alignment on centre, but the images are all aligned left. I’ve cleared cache,
Tried full width and standard alignment, but still stays left. I’d like it full width.

Re the form. – I’ll try setting up a new form via the mailer lite wordpress plugin. I think this code is being pulled in via the Mailer Lite API code. I don’t have access to the account, so I can’t edit it?
