    In your pagebuilder row settings you can turn off collapse on mobile by going to the row layout settings and changing “Collapse Behaviour”. So edit the layout widget, edit the row and look on the right side options under layout there you will see the option for “Collapse Behaviour”.

    In terms of your form I am seeing this css in the style tag right above it:

    #mlb2-4711484 .subscribe-form {
    padding: 20px;
    width: 400px !important;
    border: 2px solid #F6F6F6 !important;
    background: #f6f6f6 none !important;
    border-radius: 0px !important;
    box-sizing: border-box !important;
}

    Which is giving the form a fixed with of 400px. You need to remove that part of the css.

    In your site admin, you can deactivate elementor in your plugins list on the admin plguins page.

    Then go to apperance > getting started click on the Page Builder tab and install the siteorigin page builder.

    Hi,

    I have three (3) areas of Pinnacle Theme to ask you about.

    1) Part of sidebar widget navigation RESULTS from search does not show full menu for search results. When you click on Hotel Filter Search to select State, from the State, City, Popular Locations navigation menu (selections City, Popular Locations you can not click on for the initial search) do not show up on return to the RESULTS page on desktop but returns for results search on mobile device.

    2) Navigation arrows for the page section (Hotels you may also like nearby: SiteOrigin Post Carousel) do not show up for mobile devices but show up for desktop and tablet devices.

    3) When you do a search for Hotels you will see a return results page of archive posts with the header page title reading Archives: Hotels. I would like to have the page header title to read Hotels instead. How do I do this? If not, how do I omit header title from page?

    Hi.

    I’m rebuilding my site using Elementor as page builder. Everything is going well until start using Elementor templates for header and/or footer. Templates works great, but it makes other content lost it styles, like the widget “Archives”; now it looks flat, without shadows, colors, or rounded corners. Without using Elementor footer, it looks normally (rounded corners, with colors and shadows).

    In this page, using Elementor footer (“Archives” widget, at right side, has lost it style)[and Pinnacle Header has dissapear]:

    In this other page, without Elementor Footer, Pinnacle Header stays, and “Archives” widget has it style (with color, rounded corners, etc):

    Other problem is with the menus. I think is the same kind of issue; Elementor navigation menus doesn’t get the properties I give them, like background or text color, animation, hover, etc.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,
    I’m using Ascend for http://www.secretsdupuits.com
    While testing speed with Pingdom and WebPageTest, i see that the English version of my home page is very slow. The “First Byte Time” is particularly long.
    PingDom recommends to:
    1- Make fewer HTTP requests
    2- Add Expires headers
    Any idea how to fix that ?
    Anything to adjust in Ascend Theme options ?

    Hi Hannah,

    That worked! I actually don’t want it to appear on the topbar, because once I switch it on for mobile, the alignment goes haywire. So I prefer it off. I was wondering if it’s possible to put the cart just to the left of the logo, like how it is on the mobile version of this website https://www.edithpatisserie.com/.

    Just to add on, my client mentioned that there is this portion on the Thank You Page that she wants to change the text of, (the highlighted portion here https://drive.google.com/open?id=1tiC3qVxkV9Ht78Lg391mY0MdPi2HRzLi) , not sure if you can view the actual Thank You Page here https://patisserie-cle.com/checkout-2/order-received/1955/?key=wc_order_5c31ac425a557.

    She was the one that typed it there, but can’t recall how she did it. And I can’t seem to find it at the backend either. That portion also appears on the email that is generated by woocommerce (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1jx1bZti0Eg8k-2V3UsSvX3kit_X5w1kn), and we have no idea how to edit any of the email contents, even for the Account Created email (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1VEZb0YAVTCJx_JYNcvw7vNst9GDxlZzV), she also mentioned that she definitely didn’t edit any PHP file, and it was done on the wordpress backend.

    Do you have any idea where I can find it? I can’t find it under Woocommerce for sure.

    You can add whatever you would like to the content area of your shop page. It will display above your shop archive by default. Let me know if you have trouble setting this up!

    my subpage is:

    “kategoria-produktu” means “product category” in english.

    i added here 1 category only : cv-template, it is possible to have something like
    so 2 categories on one category subpage in menu?

    Hello,
    I’ve different image-sizes for the pictures. Normaly I can can set an other image size (example: preview image size) and an alt-tag to images. I don´t want to insert all time the big images on a page.

    Is it possible to set/select the image size?

    That error is from earlier when I was testing stuff. You can tell by the time stamp. If a new error was created it would trigger every time you try to load a page

    I am getting it in the wp-admin. it will log in but for example i want to activate the theme’s api key and when i click on getting started i get the error.or click on pages from wp-admin and also get it

    I don’t think this does what I want it to do. I did go into Kadence Blocks, and changed in the setting for row layout and changed the left/right margins there. However, it didn’t change the blocks that were already created before I did this. Where can I change the margins not just for individual blocks within posts and pages but for the post pages as default margins?

    Hello,

    One workaround would be to use a default template rather than the blog, and then just add the posts through page builder below your other widget.

    You should be able to do so using the “Virtue Post Grid Widget.”

    Does that work for you?

    Hello,

    On this page ( a post grid template), I’ve put a Flip widget on top of the post grid. I would like to put it in the bottom (beneath the post grid) instead of the top.
    Is there a setting for this or a workaround ?

    Hi there! I have a problem with the checkout page. When I try to complete an order and I have wroten all the info about the invoice and delivery address I can´t see the payment options and I can´t continue to finish the order. It´s a serious problem because my online store is out of service because right now of this problem. What could I do?
