Hi I’m trying to create landing pages. but your Ascend Widgets- the Call to Action is not compatible with Mailchimp Forms at all. If I load the Mailchimp widget, then the Ascend Call to Action stops showing. Please advise.

i started to use your Build-In Large Menu in Pinnacle. But ran into one Problem, when the “current_page_item” is the first submenu all “sub-“submenus are highlighted too.

I do have a problem with the menu of the website *Login to see link ..
On the tablet in homepage the English menu works fine (is it white and customers can press on it), on Italian language it does not show. I have to press on the black space to show it.
How can I fix this problem?

I tested a few hours on this:
– deleted Custom CSS and functions
– reviewed posts for errors in HTML view
– made new posts and categoies
– swaped categories in the shortcode and posts in categories
– switched image post optionsConclusion: the shortcode works only with one post in the category, if i add a second post, it breaks the carousel.
2. I also have this problem:
– on category pages i have to show the posts without image
– even if you fix the carousel, i don’t know if there is a workaround to show the same post as text in the category page and to pull the image in the carousel. Any ideas?In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Add Product Shortcode

From Appearance > Menus if you open the Screen Options tab on the to right you should see an option to select “Testimonial Group”. That will allow you to add those to your menu.
Have you created a page for your testimonials yet? Were you going to use the testimonial grid template or shortcodes?Hannah

I managed to restore the website to the state of Dec. 6th and the low server capacity isn’t an issue anymore, even though I admit there are many unnecessary plugins which I forgot to deactivate then and now they are on just to prove the point – the issue wasn’t “2Gb isn’t enough”. Two days ago these plugins were already deleted but the site didn’t work.
I will appreciate if you check what happens with the initial caching issue which is still there- now I keep uncached product pictures on the store page https://www.weirdo.studio/store/ to see an effect.Thanks a lot! I really hate to bother you so many times.

Throughout your site you are setting the page template to an elementor template, which means you are saying you don’t want any theme template to output content like breadcrumbs or home layout options you just want elementor content.Breadcrumbs for example show in the page title area but with your current template selected that page title area is not output so you would need to add breadcrumbs through elementor in the elementor layout wherever you want them to output.
You can use yoast breadcrumbs and add the shortcode.
Similar to the home page. You would need to add the content you want through elementor. Not through the home layout because you’ve overridden all that with your elementor template.
Does that make sense?

In your settings > reading. You have the blog page set to the latest posts page. That will force it to override any template settings with the default main post archive.If you just go in there and leave that on select then your page template will take effect.

Hi,
i try to output a photo carousel or slide of a few posts on a page. Can be posts from a category or futured posts.
I use this in a shortcode block on a 2 column row:
[carousel type=post orderby=date columns=1 items=3 speed=7000 scroll=all cat=aktuell-ausstellungen]but i only get text and it displays also outside the page. I guess this is not possible, or is there another way?

I’ve changed it to blank, but it still doesn’t show the latest blogs.
I think the problem lies somewhere else because the homepage does not show anything i’ve changed in the homepage settings. I experimented with enabling stuff like an image menu and an icon menu, but they are also not visible….In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Problem with Staff Grid

Thank you.In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn Settings > Reading you’ve set your news page as your posts page. That setting should be left blank. Then you in your news edit page use the blog page template. I’m not sure if that is conflicting with your homepage or not, but change that setting and let me know if there’s no change.

My website is http://www.interiorflyfishingco.com, on our home page I am only allowed to enter a limited amount of text before there is a “read more” tab that offers a hyperlink that connects to the same page (www.interiorflyfishingco.com)
I would really like to be able to add more blocks, content etc. on the home page but cannot figure out how without it getting cut off. If you go straight to http://www.interiorflyfishingco.com you’ll see where it cuts off the text after two paragraphs, but I have about 5 more blocks of content that I’d like to have on there.

Hi Pascal,
1. You could typically use the Testimonial grid page template on your about page, but seeing as you’re wanting two separate categories to display you can use a shortcode like this: [testimonial_posts orderby=date items=4 columns=4 cat=photos] Have you already created separate categories for your feedback and reviews? If so, you can just replace “photos” with your category slug.
2. You can use the home widget area (enabled in theme options > home layout) then add a virtue:testimonial carousel widget (from appearance > widgets).

1. Try turning off your yoast breadcrumbs. Both of these are not meant to be used together or they will conflict.2. Can you send me a screenshot of your homepage layout manager in theme options > home layout? Or else send login info?
