Hannah,
I looked in the Theme Options and there isn’t a “Contact Page Options.” Where should I be looking?
Thank you,
Pam
Hi Pam,
So it sounds like right now you’re using the contact page template which is meant to be a very basic contact form. Though some modifications can be made from your contact edit page under Contact Page Options. If you’re wanting more options than these, the WP-Forms plugin is a great choice. You would just paste your contact form shortcode into a default template page using the visual or text editor. Does that make sense?
Hope that’s helpful!

Hi,
I’m using Virtue theme. Imported demo content. Overwrote contact page by delete map, but kept form on right side of page and then added my own content on the left side with Elementor.
I want to modify configuration of the contact form. But for the life of me, I cannot see where I can change that.
Based upon advise to other users on this forum, I did install WP-Form plugin, but have not used yet, because I can’t see where to place the contact form code on the contact page.
I’m sure I’m overlooking something. Thank you for helping me.
Pam
Hi,
I just newly installed Pinnacle Theme for my website, beautiful theme. Where do I go to a) edit/customize the Homepage slider text of each slide, & b) Where do I edit/customize the text of the slider buttons?
Thank You,
Dawn
Okay per this webpage https://snapcreek.com/blog/wordpress-error-log-friend/
I changed my wp-config.php to have this code:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
and when I reloaded the website on chrome I get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/widenunw/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium_child/header.php on line 4
When I go to Virtue – Premium Child: header.php
Line 4 is simply:
<head>
So its just something wrong in header.php right?
I just updated my Virtue Premium version to 4.8.5. I am using a child theme, when I reloaded my website, the page is blank using Firefox, Chrome says,
mywebsite .com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
When I activate Virtue Premium theme (not the child theme) the website is working, but without all of the changes in the child theme of course.
What can I do to fix this?
Thank you
So you’re only wanting your menu translated? Not the entire site? You can use a plugin like this to add different menu items to different pages: https://wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-menus/
Would that work for you?

Hey Hannah, I’m trying to change the product images on *Login to see link , whenever I hit the edit or remove button on the product images. It just takes me to the top of the page and won’t allow me to update image at all. Any idea what the problem could be?
Hey,
I’m not familiar with that plugin. If it’s controlling whether or not the page is visible, then likely you have a setting wrong in the plugin. Since I haven’t used it before though, I can’t say for sure. Best contact the plugin developer.

Is there a CSS Fix?
So Menu on Front page is
Intro
What is NLP?
Business
Personal
About Bea
Testimonials
Contact
Change on German page to:
Intro
Was ist NLP?
Geschäftliches
Persönlich
Über Bea
Empfehlungen
Kontakt
I tried both of these, but they translate the whole site and not just the menu. Also with Polylang, it loses all the info on the front page.
Hi Ross,
You could easily do this using the Kadence SiteOrigin Builder plugin (https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-woo-template-builder/). Or the Kadence WooCommerce Elementor plugin (https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-woocommerce-elementor/). But would allow you to create custom templates for your product pages. Otherwise, you would need to add a custom function into a child theme.

Hi, I have a site in two languages, English and German. I have been provided with german copy and I have English and German flags in the top bar. The English links to the front page and German Flag links to the German page (obviously)
The german has (or in the process of) been populated by German text.
I want to achieve different Nave names (in German on the german page). is this possible with CSS in the Menu to switch to German (I will do the translations).
I’ve tried a few plugins but they either translate the page again or provide a two stage translation for the menu and selecting the page, which is clumsy.
Any help out there?

Anyone have any recommended Knowledge Base plugins that work well with Ascend Premium?
I tried installing Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs (Echo Knowledge Base) but it fails to activate generating a 404 error. Probably not a theme issue though.
I then tried WP Knowledgebase and did a few quick tests but it seems to get confused by the header/title area of pages as well as breaking the footer so it would probably need to be customized to work well with the theme.
So before I try a few more I thought I’d see if anyone had any good recommendations on a Knowledge base plugin they use with Ascend Premium with good results.
I blocked blog post page so only logged in users can access that page. However, when I click the nav link it doesn’t redirect me to log in page. What am I missing here? I am using WP-Members plugin.

Please update the API email address on our Product API Keys page to that under our Account Details.
https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/my-api-keys/
We updated the email to kadence@ on the Account Details page but it has not flowed through to our Product API Keys page. This is the email address we need to activate themes.
Thanking you in advance

Hi,
Is there a shortcode or code I can add to the Theme Options> Custom CSS area to add a shortcode to each product all at once? I have over a thousand products so it would be too timely to add it individually.
This is the shortcode I need to add to each product:
[acima_credit_pre_approval_button]
This is an example of one of my product pages on my website:

Hi Ben,
From the Shop page when I select a product and it goes to the Product’s page there is a Description heading under the image of the product that I can’t get rid of. I’m trying to hide or delete that heading which is a Woocommerce default. I can hide it but then I can’t use Elementor to edit the individual product page.
Did that make sense? I got that code snippet from Woocommerce docs –
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
I don’t see your page loading the form. but as this isn’t our plugin I think you would find the best troubleshooting answers on the plugin support forms.
