Hi,

I noticed that on desktop, in the Cart Page, on the right of the products an X button appears to delete the product. Instead on the mobile this X button does not appear, and the clients can’t remove products while they are navigating on mobile.

Any idea what it might be wrong?

I use
Ascend – PremiumVersion: 1.5.9
with WordPress 4.9.8

But I had the problem also with kadence theme a while ago.

It is up to your recommendation “Pagebuilder”. If I delete the plugin, everything is fine. But I need it to be able to use all the features of the theme.

So I think a List of the shortcodes would be important anyway so where can I find it?

Hi,

I’m using Chrome and both home page and shop page are not showing products. I can send screen grabs if you like. I tried on safari and shop seems to be working on there but homepage still just shows a big grey box and nothing else, no logo etc.

Hello,

My website is now live and there are a few problems. One is with the contact form, which sometimes says the maths is wrong when it isn’t (my maths is bad but not that bad!); and also leaves the message visible on the page after sending it. Also, messages are forwarded to my gamble (which i set up) but they don’t go to my webmail (this may not be an issue of the contact form).

The contact form I am using is the one from page builder – one of the layouts (I used that and took just the contact form – I deleted the google map and FAQs parts. Perhaps it would be better to use a contact form plug in. Can you suggest one?

Another problem is that when I google my website name plus my name, a 2 links to NOT FOUND pages occur – though the rest of the website that comes up with these pages works fine. Any suggestions?

I tried to apply css attributes “clear:both;” to element #mc_embed_signup input#mce-EMAIL
and “flow:right;” to
#mc_embed_signup input#mc-embedded-subscribe,
#mc_embed_signup input#mc-embedded-subscribe:focus

and it didn’t look better than:

After that, I removed those attributes.

but it doesn’t work in the footer.

I went to Theme Options –> shop Settings and selected Category Image Ratio (Square 1:1) and Product Image Aspect Ratio (Square: 1:1), and turned on “Enable Product Image Aspect Ratio” on catalog pages and product pages, but it’s still not working.

Please advise.

Hmm, when you create a new page are you able to choose a page template? Did you leave your posts page set to blank from Settings > Reading?

Hi Hannah, I’m so worried! When I go the all pages, then choose the Blog page (adventures) and go to attributes, it doesn’t give me the option Template to click Blog? It just gives me the Parent (no parent) and then Order? NO option to chose Blog?
How can I fix this?

This page is using a portfolio carousel that has a few dozen items. My theory is that Google is seeing the little dots that overlay the images on the screen, the ones that let you click to go to an item they represent, and thinks those are too close together.

Whereas, on this portfolio page, which has fewer items, the dots are not there, and Google hasn’t complained about the issue: *Login to see link

Do you think the dots are the problem, and if so, can I eliminate them? Or do I just need to limit the number of items on the portfolio page?

Hi Arun,
1. I’m seeing your logo show on mobile. What device are you using?

2. It looks like you’re using a landing page template on that page. That template will automatically hide the header (including the menu). One option would be to use a default template then use css to hide the footer and all but the menu of the header. Would that work for you?

I’ve installed plugin WP forms and was under the impression that is what I’m using (Contact form).
I want to make use of Mailchimp and noticed now that I’ve also got Contact from 7.
Asume I can link the WP Forms to Mailchimp OR do I need to have additional plugin?

Another thing that bothers me is I cannot see on my existing contact form that I use the WP forms for it: [kt_contact_form style=”light” enable_math=”false”]

Which pop up is best to use?
