    Hi Joya,
    This css should remove your extra margin on the about page:

    .about .pagefeat {
    margin-bottom: 0;
}

    I have white padding or a white border on my About page. It is underneath the header of the page and above the first image on the page. Could you please tell me how to remove it? I have provided a link and login information. Thanks!

    Hi,

    I was hoping you could help me out. On the following link, you will see a picture with a chart. I’m trying to replace it with a link and have it load within the page(then, I’ll take out the image).

    I was going to add a row, and then the visual editor to place this link it. I just don’t know what’s needed to get it to open on page load.

    does a reinstallation of WP is a idea? or reinstalling the last premium theme ?
    but how to do it without loosing my pages and portfolios content and set up

    Hi Chris,
    Is Page Builder by Siteorigin showing in your list of plugins at all?
    I would suggest deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.
    I would be happy to take a look at your settings if you wanted to send login info. Just set as a private reply.

    Hi All,

    After updating to the to the most recent Virtue premium theme our homepage no longer displays correctly. It also seems that the Site Origin page builder plugin has been deactivated but it is no longer listed in my plugins. I’ve tried to re-install page builder but the installation will not happen as the file still exists, somewhere. Also the portfolio image slider, and events pages are not being displayed. This is a website for the fire department that I work for and I only have a novice level of understanding or WordPress. We’re at a bit of loss and would appreciate any help.

    Back in July I activated the AMP Plugin. I shortly started getting errors from Google. I have 6 pages on a PDF file

    I had 3 main areas of errors.

    Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP
    sample

    Custom JavaScript is not allowed.
    Sample

    The mandatory attribute ‘amp-custom’ is missing in tag ‘style amp-custom’.
    Sample

    I deactivated the plugin while I did other work on meta data for tags and product category.
    I am now ready to see if I can get this straighten out.

    I don’t understand much of those errors. Any help on what to do would be appreciated.

    I also noticed once I activated I started getting warnings from my Updraft plus backup of a large file.
    Would this be due that when I activated Amp that it made a new page for each of my online products? If it did can just that amp page be modified and the ordinal page be left as it is?

    I have on most of my product pages a radio style button link I do not know if that is the custom java script that they are talking about.

    I also have about 66 – 404 errors on amp pages not found I am sure that is due to the plugin being deactivated.

    Let me know your suggestions and I can activate the plugin if you need it back running to check it out

    I copied by ftp the whole english website content to the right directory on my host server . /fr
    I have bugs .

    – 1 I notice missing in theme option dashboard wp : the topic Header and footer. ????

    -2 I have a child theme set up.
    i have had to upgrade Virtue premium
    and since that no more page of the web site are displayed except the home page …

    I really not understand
    I update permalinks .. the same.

    3 –
    As you can see I have two main portfolio : CREATEUR LUMIERE and DIRECTEUR TECHNIQUE
    ( ok two page portfolio created as a Portfolio grid )
    I have created two pages for it
    Portfolio Types are existing and parented.
    but something wrong in adress web of pages or posts concataned…. as you can notice .

    I would be ok to give you my connexion infos in order you can check in the dasboard why alll these problems .

    pagebuilder will add a 30px margin when columns breakdown, you can add this css:

    What can you not change? Please be specific I was able to update a page without issue. Is there something else you are trying to change so I can see? Can you send a screen shot of what you are seeing?

    Have you tried working in a different browser?

    Hey,
    1. Yes that is only a setting for pages, it’s mostly for use with pagebuilders. If you want all your content to be screen width you can use css like this. I don’t recommend this as it makes your content really wide on large screens and harder to read and not as good of an experience for the user.

    padding-top: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}

    2. You can add this css:

    .page-template-page-blog-grid .kad-sidebar .sidebar, .archive.category .kad-sidebar .sidebar, .single-post .kad-sidebar .sidebar {

    3. You can add this css:

    I’m putting a post together and keep getting this warning in the header.

    “A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: The “Authorization key” and “Replace default hostname with” field(s) cannot be empty.You need to select / create a pull zone. Specify it here.” The “Specify it here” point to

    When I try to click the link to correct the error, I get the following error message: Cannot load w3tc_cdn.

    I’m not sure what the problem is or how to fix it. Are you familiar with this kind of issue?

    Hey, Thats more closely resembles a product layout. Might be worth considering using products and if you don’t want to sell placing them into catalog mode.

    Inside of a portfolio, you would need to choose “none” for the portfolio options and set the layout to three rows.

    Then use page builder inside your content. You can add two columns, in your left column you would need to add a thumbnail slider. You can do this using visual editor widget and clicking add media then building a gallery. When you output you can set the shortcode to type="slider" and thumbs="true"

    Hey guys,
    I would like to display a “latest posts” section in a page different from front page. I have done a beautiful “latest posts” section in my front page ( see http://www.rauliweb.cl) using the “module latest posts” label of the “home page layout” setting, but how to display that same element on another page? I though some page builder widget would allowed me to do that but haven´t found it yet!
    please help!!!
