    Hey,
    If you’re using the home widget area you can use pagebuilder layout widget as well.

    I have downloaded Virtue Premium v4.6.5 again with no problem. But once I updated and reinstalled the latest v4.6.7, I am getting a blank page for my website.

    if your saying it works when you manually install it means your server is not downloading everything. From what you are saying above an issue only happends when you try to install through an update?

    Try contacting your hosting provider, make sure your max memory in your php is set to something like 128mb and your using php 7.1 or higher.

    Hello
    I’m using the icon flip box widget and placing it in my home widget area. The trouble is each box takes up the full with of the screen. If I add another it puts it below the first. Is there a way I can add these side by side?
    Thank you

    Hi Ben,

    I have downloaded Virtue Premium v4.6.5 again with no problem. But once I updated and reinstalled the latest v4.6.7, I am getting a blank page for my website.

    When I used Virtue Free Theme, it is working with old slider photos and as soon as I installed and activated Kadence Toolkit, I get a blank page again.

    Is it possible that this is a Kadence slider issue for both Virtue Premium v4.6.7 and Virtue Free Theme?

    Thanks & Regards,
    Daphne

    Hi Heli,
    1. Is your homepage set as your latest post page (settings > reading)? If so, you can set the Blog Post Summary Default to Landscape image from Theme Options > Blog Options.

    2. When editing the page builder row, in the Layout tab set the row layout to full width stretched.

    Hope that’s helpful!

    Since your home page is the “posts page” in settings > reading. You can go to theme options > home layout. And there enable the “page content” and it will output the blog loop like on your blog page.

    FYI: In page builder you can set the row to fullwidth stretched. That will allow your slider to go fullwidth.

    Thank you Ben! One more question.. Is it possible to make the home page blog posts display as landscape image over text (like in a blog page)?

    Or can I create a blog page where my revolution slider goes from edge to edge as I have it on my home page?
    If I try using the page builder, it keeps the slider inside a frame.

    Thank you!

    When I set the virtue:image plugin to a custom 80×80 pixel size, the website stops loading at the point where the widget should be displayed. I see this text instead:
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function virtue_get_image() in /home/…/public_html/radiancerecovered.com/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/widgets/class-kad-image-widget.php:90 Stack trace: #0 /home/…/public_html/radiancerecovered.com/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/inc/renderer.php(523): Simple_About_With_Image->widget(Array, Array)

    The image is located on home page at radiancerecovered.com

    I did a series of plug in updates and now my website format is not aligned properly. I don’t know what went wrong to be able to fix it.

    on the home page, the two side by side images should be right next to each other.

    On the shop link, it should be a grid with 3 columns

    The Meet the artist, the images should be right aligned.

    There may be more…
    Help 🙂 and thanks!

    Here’s some CSS that will return the images to 400×400.

    .page-id-348 .imghoverclass {
        max-width: 400px !important;
        float: none;
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
    }

    Add to Theme Options> Advanced Settings and let me know if it works for you. I do strongly recommend using larger images though. It will make them look much sharper on modern screens if you upload around 1600px wide minimum.

    I had my staff grid page set up on and older version of Virtue theme (really old, from 2015, I do feel bad for not updating) with two columns and portraits in 400×400 size. It worked fine and looked nice.

    Last week I updated the theme finally to the latest version and now the staff grid page has lots of empty space around the portraits and I can’t seem to figure out, where the space is coming from and how to make it go away, because I rather liked my 400×400 portrait size. Currently the theme seems to reserve 560×560 space for the portrait in two column full width layout.

    Example of the issue:
    Another staff grid page set to three columns looks okay, but the two column version made more sense for us:

    Thanks Kevin, removing this solved the issue. I added this css feature just for habit, before this did not cause any problem. I will not use it in the future, thanks. I have added images to pagehaeder, but mostly I used the css to style the page a little bit.

    You seem to be adding this CSS:

    .amenities {
        padding-bottom: 60px;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    What is that for? It’s breaking the page. Also, what other changes have you made to your child theme?

    Hello I am using your virtue theme on my test site. I have a problem with one page, suddenly it look like it is “frozen”, on desktop it will not scroll down.
    I deleted all content and still not moving.
    On mobile it works fine.
    I will send you my login info in next messagge, can you please take a look? Thanks in advance, Gabi

    In your home page you’re adding the loop of post widget and you have it configured incorrectly so it’s running an endless loop that is just causing your page to try and load until it times out. You need to be really careful with the loop of posts widget and if you don’t know what you’re doing I strongly suggest just using a shortcode instead.
