Good morning,

I have a website with a portfolio filter on it to filter between different categories of video’s. The website is in English and Spanish and on both versions of this page the portfolio filters are displayed twice. For the translation of the website i used WPML.

I can’t figure out what causes the filters to be displayed twice.

Regarding the KT Extra gallery, when I use the editor to create galleries, it still puts in all the KT Extra settings as a part of the gallery shortcode even when I have Virtue’s management turned off. For example, [gallery link="file" type="default" caption="default" masonry="default" width="" height="" ids="4242,4240,4238"]. the type="default" seems to cause a problem in viewing the images on the page correctly when I change that to type="masonry" for the “PhotoPress Masonry Gallery” plugin.

That all being said, I personally would prefer using KT Extra Gallery to manage the masonry effect on galleries instead of another plugin, so I think my previous post is getting me on the right track for what I want to do.

I like the KT Extra Gallery options when I’m letting the Virtue Theme handle my galleries, but then the lightbox doesn’t work properly (only works for each single image instead of linking them together). When I don’t allow Virtue to handle my galleries, the KT Extra Gallery additions are still a part of the gallery shortcode. So I was trying to use “PhotoPress Gallery” and “PhotoPress Masonry Gallery” to add a Masonry option, but it uses the shortcode addition “type=masonry”, and KT Extra Gallery uses that identifier and it causes the images to load incorrectly on the page but load correctly in the lightbox (all linked together). Is there a way to either help the lightbox link images together using KT Extra Gallery, or completely disable the KT Extra Gallery settings in the WordPress shortcode? I also wonder how to remove the auto-selection of the button “Send to another address”.
I want it unselected as a default when you enter the page.

In your woocommerce settings for shipping set the default shipping address to customers billing address.

Those are the default there are no “style” pages. The woocommerce default pages are styled by the theme.

How are you adding a gallery? The KT Extra Gallery Settings are only for when you are adding into a post or page using the “add media” button.

You can use a child theme if you want to code and hook into the product page using a custom hook function. If you know code this would be pretty straightforward. If you’re not familiar with coding I don’t suggest this.

Hey,
Whatever you are selecting to upload is not the entire theme. Make sure you download the theme from your account page and that you are selecting the .zip file and not an extraction folder.

unfortunately despite your css this problem is always present:
When my client connects to the site with his iphone or mobile Samsung, in the page “Urgences” the phone number written in white and bold in the green box doesn’t appear. He also has this problem in the topbar always for the phone number 🙁

some white space has appeared below the bottom footer since one of the latest theme updates – its happened on more than one site as i have virtue premium on most of my sites now – i think it’s either this latest update or the one before but hard to say because i can’t step back in time to see if i had missed it before yesterday. Funnily enough it doesn’t appear on the homepage – just internal pages.
how do i fix this as it’s quite noticeable on sites where the footer and bottom footer are dark colours.

I have a question about the full screen photo on a portfolio page. At the moment we use the ”Photo Carousel” option on Project Options , but if you click on a photo to get it full screen, it only shows one picture and you can’t slide to the next one with a side button. Is it possible to get side buttons overthere, just like you can with the ”Carousel Slider” option, so you can slide to the next one while still on full screen?

I can’t get the individual post options to over-ride my Header Title Default Background image. So I switched the Header Title Default Background to just a color, but that didn’t work either.

Page Settings/”Display page title by default” is set to ON.

Blog Settings/”Show Blog Title in Header area by default” is set to ON with a blank custom title, because I don’t want the title in the header, just a custom image.

Suggestions?
