Hey! Do you mind posting a link to your site? You should be able to get a slider to look just like that one by selecting a “Standard Slider” and “Auto” for Notebook, Tablet, and Mobile options on the main page for the slide you’re making. Also, leave the min-height and max-width settings blank at the bottom of the page. Confirm your settings on this screen are the same as above and let me know if that fixes it.

Looks like you’ve got something interfering with your site’s ability to pick up the post template for your blog posts. I would try disabling your plugins to see if any are conflicting.

Okay…so in my defense ;/…something is missing from my post page. I found the virtue demo http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue/#blog_posts…and I see there should be post options below the text. (like you said!) They aren’t there…

mabye this makes it more clear:

this is my page i made: its a portofolio grid page with different subjects which contains pictures

I whant that page 2 be shown in my blog grid section, so i have a blog article which redirects to the pictures portofolio page.

are you getting me now?

All of those options can be found when you add a new post, right below the main content area of the post. There should be an area labeled “Standard Post Options,” here is where all the options are. When you place the video in the header, your post will look like this:

http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/youtube-video-post/

Or are you wanting to display the video in the sidebar of the post? That will be more complicated and you’ll have to create a specific sidebar for each post containing a widget with the embedded video. I have never done that but if it’s what you’re wanting then I’ll walk you through it.

Hi Hannah,

Thanks for replying. I’m not sure but it seems having no effect on how it is shown post on facebook but in anycase I don’t understand what set the timestamp in the post, because the error is about the date. But the date is correctly shown in the post.

Hi hannah,

i cant post the url becuase im making the website local on my pc.
You seethe word schoolfotografie which is black bold but its hard 2 read becuase of the background picture.
Can this be more of a button? when you hover over the word schoolfotografie a menu appears which is very clearly.
can we have the word schoolfotografie in the same style? or is there an other option 2 make it more readable?

yes this works but how can i set them up properly so we have social media left contact information middle en button right?
They also must be on the same height and the contact information has a space before it gives the information

Hey Heather,
Since the latest version of wordpress now when you add an image to a post/page other sizes of the image are also added. see here: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2015/11/10/responsive-images-in-wordpress-4-4/

The http setting should follow whatever your setting as the site url in your settings > general for your sites url.

Hello,
i made a page with pagebuilder and set it as homepage. I use the blog_post shortcode to display 2 postboxes on the side. Is it possible (with css) to remove all padding around the boxes, so that there is no space between, above and under the elements?
