You can use the carousel shortcode. Like this- [carousel type=post orderby=date columns=4 items=8 speed=9000 scroll=all cat=photos]
Is that what you mean? You can see a full list of shortcodes here- http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue/#shortcodes

You can edit the title with this css:

.fredcarousel .product_item .product_details h5 {
    line-height: 25px;
    font-size: 20px;
}

Just paste that in your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings

Hi Ben

I also have an issue with a sidebar on the main blog page.
– I made the page full width
– made sure the sidebar was DEselected on the page itself
– have set the site up to not have a sidebar (Main settings)
etc.

If I go to settings > reading and make the blog page “select”
Them my posts don’t show up on the main blog page

Maybe it’s not the best place to post about revolution slider, but since it’s in a package with virtue theme and you always help me, I’ll ask:

I have 2 video slides in a revolution slider, and when I switch to next slide I have slide#1 background appearing, while slide#2 background and fade in effect is barely visible behind it.

How do I switch off the old background when switching to a different slide?

Hi Hanna!

I have already enabled this, no problem with this! I think I explained my problem badly, sorry.

So I made a portfolio post to show you my problem: http://megchikhani.com/portfolio/page-builder_test/
The layout is awful because I think the basic portfolio template of the pinnacle theme messes up my page builder template! Do you see what I mean?

Can I disable this basic template? In the page menu, I have a template called Page Builder in page attributes, but not in the portfolio.

In short, I just want page builder works in my single portfolio posts! 🙂

Hey Meg,
So you’re just wanting to use page builder on your portfolio posts correct? You can enable this from Settings > Page Builder > General and selecting Portfolio.

Yes the cloudflare is running, the reason I ask is because after testing these plugins again, I found the issued plugin is Yuzo – Related Posts, the page can’t display if I activate this plugin, however how can I use it without causing the wrong effect of display?

After updating to version 3.6.3 the featured image in single blog posts and the blog post carousel are missing.

You should receive an email or notification when a new testimonial is submitted. You would just copy and paste what was written into a testimonial post.

On the bottom of post pages (articles) there used to be a Carousel of recent posts. It doesn’t show anymore and we can’t figure out why. We didn’t change the code of the theme except for some CSS in the “Advanced Settings”. (Deleting our CSS doesn’t help.)

In “Blog Options” the option “Blog Post Bottom Carousel Default” is set to “Yes – Display Recent Posts”. It is set to “Default” on the posts.

What can we do?

I would like to change the order on the product carousel. Right now I have two sets of earrings and a tee shirt. somehow the tee shirt sits in the middle of the two sets of earrings. Can you tell me how to change this display?

Hi,

I believe the it is caused by the “angle” at which the camera was held when the photo was taken. I took some pictures with my iPhone to use for a website I was building. For one of them I had to rotate the device to be in a more comfortable postition to take the shot.
As I later viewed the pictures on my computer, everything looked fine. The I added them to a slider and again all was OK on the PC. But when viewed on an iDevice only the one picture was upside down.
As Sharon pointed out, the camera position is stored in metadata with the image. I found this site to get rid of the exif info. After that I uploaded the image with a different name, used that in the slider and it was OK on the iDevices. (Note: When I gave the image the same name it would still appear upside down. I suspect this was a caching issue).
