    Hi Guys

    I’m having a problem with the post formatting within the side bar:
    1. the posts are showing as 2 columns

    2. the title is not formatting; I added the following to custom css
    .sidebar h3 {
    color: #f7941e;
    }

    This may have something to do with the fact that I’ve created a column for the posts using page builder (Latest News); added short code for the blog to show in that column.

    Thanks in advance-
    Carrie

    Hi Hannah

    No … Blog Options has not been changed for a while … created blog today – exonumia.nz/raob-b-cus – and it was fine … a few minutes later I created – exonumia.nz/raob-b-cus-1 – and it has a side bar … can’t get rid of it now … tried trashing it but when I recreate, sidebar is still there … cannot see what I have done between the two posts to get sidebars

    Damned annoying … just when I as in a position to charge ahead and add content, I have to keep checking each post to make sure sidebar is not there … help !

    Hi,
    I am wanting the sidebar/widget font (not the Titles) to be smaller, but it seems to be dependent on the body font. Is there any way to change this?
    Thanks!

    The Theme Options panel is broken. The links don’t work in the left sidebar, and an extra row of the same links appears in the main content area, under a red message: “FORCED DEV MODE OFF ENABLED.” If you click the “Expand” link twice, the other links begin working (kind of), but the css styling is missing throughout and it’s not working right.

    Here is a screenshot of the Theme Options:
    Here is the live (test) site:

    Everything was working perfectly on my local server and a test site on the remote server. Then I updated the theme and plugins locally (tested locally and all was fine), then migrated the whole site from the local to remote host, and this happened — but only on the remote server. It is all still fine on my local server (MAMP).

    The css file is there (pinnacle_premium/themeoptions/options_assets/css/style.css) in both the local and remote sites, but it is only being used in the local site.

    I first pushed the site live to the client’s host, FatCow, and got this problem.
    Then I pushed the same install to a test site on a different host, Bluehost, and got the same problem.
    I even tried re-installing in the same way to a different directory on my local host, to see if it was my migration method (BackupBuddy) — but that’s not the problem, because the second local install works fine. (Besides, I did this all before with earlier versions of the site, several times, and it always worked fine, on the local and remote servers.)

    I’ve tried clearing the browser cache, using different browsers, and disabling all the plugins, as suggested elsewhere in this forum. Nothing works.

    I’ve set up a temporary Admin account for you, on the test site, hoping you can figure out how to fix it so I can go fix it on the client’s site. Just let me know how to get you those credentials privately.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Please help, and thanks in advance 🙂

    My sidebar is overlaping my main content on mobile view, but only on register page. It is overlaping part of form to register and submit button. I tried to disable all plugins, but it still happens. Only on register page. On all other pages it’s working fine.

    kind regards,

    In your theme options > product settings. Do you have the same sidebar chosen for “Choose a Default Sidebar for your Single Product Pages”

    As you do for the rest of your pages?

    Hi Hannah! thank you for your prompt message.

    sure, the link is http://wp.me/p3r97O-mL

    Note that on ‘home’ it doesn’t appear but if you navigate on products that im adding as well posts as http://wp.me/p3r97O-DH

    for example, which counts with a carousel on the end of the post, the ”related” word appears…

    a few pages that counts with the sidebar (where is the widget) strangely enough doesnt appear the error, but the most do (?)

    many thanks once again

    I have a sidebar menu on my site.

    When I click on an image in the slider or on a page, The menu appears but is only one line tall and it is blank.

    When I navigate, by the menu, to a product page with multiple items and click on an image the same incorrect menu appears.

    When I select product groupings from the menu, the menu appears correctly on all pages until an images is clicked.

    I must have a conflict somewhere but I cannot find it.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rodney,
    In Theme Options > Blog Options do you have Blog Post Sidebar Default set to “Yes, Show”?
    Also, in your post edit page make sure you are not accidentally choosing to show a sidebar under Post Options.

    Hi there,

    Good afternoon!

    I have searched on the pinnacle forum and i found a similar case but what was causing the issue to the other user was one ”sharing plugin” which i dont use.

    I have tried to use the carousel as a widget and i also built in using the layout builder – but the issue remains.

    I have re-install the jetpack as i thought was the ”like” what was causing it as before, on the end of every testimonial was showing ”like” and a broken image.

    Enabled & After I install again the jetpack, shows the word ”RELATED” on the end of every testimonial when using widget – apart from the front page.

    I have unchecked/ disabled; checked and enabled again all the options on ”sharing” tools but the word ”RELATED” still showing….

    Apart from the front page (home) , the issue appears on the widget (sidebar) and when i use a testimonial carousel building pages and posts.

    Is there some detail am I missing? or is there a css or other way around that i can solve the issue?

    Many many thanks
    P

    Hey,
    You probably want to use a page. But if you decided to use the portfolio post go to appearance > menus. Click “screen options” in the top right corner and click the check box for portfolio post.

    Adding a gallery to a page can be done by clicking “add media” right above where you can add page content. From the “add media” popup click “create gallery” in the left sidebar and add all the image you would like.

    sorry I missed !important.

    here you go:

    .sidebar, .sidebar a {
        font-size: 14px !important;
        font-family: Arial !important;
    }

    Hey,
    Looks like your using a post grid widget. Which is only designed for a footer or sidebar. It only ouputs images that link to the posts.
    If you want a portfolio grid like this: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/portfolio/

    Then you would need to use the portfolio grid page template see here: https://www.kadencewp.com/creating-a-portfolio-page-with-virtue/

    Or you can use the shortcode [portfolio_posts columns="4" items="10"]

    Hey,
    The page you linked to has a revolution slider. So you control all of that in the revolution slider settings.

    If you go to the settings page of the slider on the right sidebar you should see general settings > defaults > transitions.

    Hi, my site is Nomaduo.ca. I’ve done what you told me and it works partially. In fact, the stuff in the sidebars disappeared when I check “fullwidth” but I still have blank spaces on each sides. (Except for my home page slider).

    What does work is

    .sidebar .kadence_recent_posts .recentpost_title {font-size:14px; font-family:Arial;}

    but it obviously affects only the recent post titles. I’m trying to have the comments, categogy, archive etc. links in the same font.

    I know you will hate me for this, but it doesn’t work. No influence on the sidebar font whatsoever. It still uses the Garamond font that I use for main post texts.
