    Hi Ben,
    Theme options > shop settings > [have following] > Shop Product Column Layout, Display the sidebar on Shop Page?, Choose a Sidebar for your shop page ….etc. I can’t find “slider options”.

    Hi,

    My issue is that my static home page gallery preview images aren’t cropping to an even square size.

    I’ve created a page that is my static home page, added a gallery of images, selected Portfolio Grid from the Page Attributes sidebar and selected “Crop images to equal height” on page options, but the images aren’t cropped and nothing changes.

    I have both the premium version and the regular version installed. When I switched my design from Premium back to the Regular version, the images showed cropping as desired.

    That is a sidebar with default wordpress widgets in it.

    1. Go to your appearance > widgets page and edit the widgets you want to show in your sidebar.
    or
    2. Go to the page you are working in and choose the “fullwidth” page template to not show a sidebar.

    Hi,

    I wanted my sidebar to be at the left side and I’ve used this code:

    body .main {
    float:right;
    }

    as you have suggested before and it worked in desktops and laptops but when I did a test in of the site the right side is not visible. Can you help me please?
    My site is and when viewing in mobile I couldn’t see the “Books” but only the sidebar.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    I’m working with a child theme where I’m creating a custom feature page template. I’ve copied the page-feature.php to the child theme to use as a basis. I then added the filter to the functions.php to turn off the sidebar, but now that loses the feature content on the page (along with all the feature options in the backend). Is there another filter function I need to add to reactivate the feature content?

    Once I get the feature content back, I want to split it into two columns so that I can have the selected feature content (just like on the normal feature pages) but limited to the left 70% of the row with the right 30% showing a small contact form 7 next to it.

    I figured it out, there was a java code for a twitter button in a widget that was causing the error, once removed the cart is back in the sidebar, is there anyway to get rid of the thumbnails in the cart sidebar widget?

    Hey José Luís,
    Let me make sure some things are clear,
    You can only have one sidebar on a page.
    You can select which one that is but it can only be one.
    You can use the home widget area by enabling it in the theme options > home layout. That widget area will appear on the page where you add it in the layout manager. It is not a sidebar, it’s a widget area.

    Hope that helps,

    Ben

    I just tried this widget on my virtue site and it works fine. It could be that your have two cart widgets in your sidebar and maybe they’re conflicting? Just a guess, but maybe worth testing.

    Hey, the extra sidebar is not meant to show up on the left side of the screen. Right now it looks like you’ve got your primary sidebar set to your homepage. If you want to show the extra sidebar on your page then go to theme options > home layout and beside “choose a sidebar for your homepage” select extra sidebar.

    #15753

    For example … I select on the premium theme Virtue Widgets “Extra sidebar” then I go to the menu and choose WordPress Widgets within Widgets … I choose calendar … go save the changes, go to the frontend and does not appear any extra bar on the left side of the website.

    NOTE: This is the site you are creating … http://www.lawebya.com

    Thank you for your attention.

    Por ejemplo… selecciono en el tema Virtue premium el Widgets “Extra sidebar” despues voy al menu de WordPress y elijo Widgets, dentro de de Widgets… escojo calendario… salgo salvando los cambios, voy al frontend y no aparece ninguna barra extra en lado izquierdo del Sitio Web.

    NOTA: este es el sitio que estamos creando… http://www.lawebya.com

    Gracias por su atención.

    I will apologize … but even with the indications given I am unable to make them look the widgets on the cover … “Extra Sidebar” and “Widget Area Home” can give me some other solution, if I did not say previously acquired … the issue where I have this problem … “Virtual Premium”, thanks again for your help.

    Greetings !!

    Me van a disculpar pero… aun con las indicaciones dadas soy incapaz de hacer que se vean en la portada los widgets… “Extra Sidebar” y “Area Widgets Inicio” me pueden dar alguna otra solución, por si no lo dije anteriormente… el tema adquirido donde tengo este problema es… “Virtual Premium”, gracias de nuevo por vuestra ayuda.

    Saludos!!

    The Woo Commerce shopping cart widget won’t display in the sidebar, all it shows is the title of the Widget, but, not the contents of the car??

    , the widget is at the top of sidebar to test you have to place something in the cart and then it should appear, and show the cart contents, but it does not.

    #15708

    Hello! So if you go to theme options > misc settings you can create custom sidebars. You can then go to appearance > widgets and add whatever you would to that custom sidebar.
    Hope this is helpful!

    I need more information. What are you trying to do? You can have a sidebar on or off by choosing a page template.

    Hi Ben, I am interested in this problem that arises in my site.
    I’m not very practical, so I ask you if you can tell me in which file should be added to the code that you reported.

    Thank you very much!

    #15498

    1. You can use the virtue: image widget. Would be easy but if you want to edit css for the visual widget:

    .sidebar [class*=wp-image] {
    padding: 0px;
    }

    2. Tables are not responsive by default, it’s old html. You should use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tablepress/
