Try using this CSS. It worked for me on my test site.

    font-size: 12px;
}

Let me know if that works for you, and be sure to place it into Theme Options> Advanced Settings.

You’re getting this error:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.tuscanyvillages.com/shop/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://p3nlhclust404.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net/SharedContent/404-etc-styles.css’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I don’t know whether or not it has anything to do with the lack of an API key, but that’s the first thing I would solve.

You can get your API key in the “My Account” area of this site. You input the key in Settings> Theme Activation.

Try that and let me know if it helps.

Hey,

How do I ensure that all my menu items are displayed on the menu without falling to the next line? I can either make the logo container smaller or switch to the mobile menu.

Under 1200px the “Donate” menu item drops off.

Hello, I am using the Image Menu on the homepage of the site, but want to write the Title or link name on top of the image and a bigger caption on the bottom. Instead of all the writing coming out over the image. How can I customize to be able to do this.

Ben, Just to inform you whywe choose kadence slider up top
—We want the best look and feel on all devices.
when you look at our website banner http://www.vandenberg-schoolfoto.nl/basisonderwijs/ on a pc it looks like this: https://s31.postimg.org/bf8582sl7/image.jpg
when you look at the same page on a mobile the banner looks like this: https://s31.postimg.org/p9lutxayj/telephone.jpg
Thats what we whant one image which looks perfect on all devices, how can we get this with one single image without using kadence?
i just did this with the pixels you told me and get one picture which is always the same but its easy to know that you cant have a beatifull result on all devices that way. what do you suggest?

In the widget section there is a widget that search only in the woocommerce products.

As i am using my site only as shop and not as a blog, is there any tweak so that the icon in the topbar and the menu works like the widget? I mean, that when i search, it shows me the results as woocommerce product and not as a blog post…

Hi Ben, so I attempted the Duplicator Plugin to download my WP site, but I encountered this message on numerous attempts:

I suspect it may have to do with the fact that HostGator has me on a WordPress Hosting Server which I know gives me limited control over some of the available PHP files.

Regarding your second option, “redirect and actually send the people typing .com to the .net site and not iframe the .net site into your .com address.”

Hi Guys, Im having an issue where when I’m logged into my site and viewing my pages, the product images and featured image show directly underneath each other. When I’m logged out, it looks normal. The product image shows and when u hover over, it flips and the featured image appear (which is the way I want it). I have checked with different browsers, issue persisted and issue does not persist when on a different theme. Any ideas on how to fix it. Again issue is only when I’m logged into the site, when I log out everything is normal.

I have been cheking settings on wordpress but i dont really know whats going on with my información and either how to fix it, because when i open an individual note it is there, but in prinicpal page i cant see anything its like no visible.

So interestingly this had to do with your image.

Your image was 19mb. which is very very large for web. That was throwing off the loading and the browsers were moving on with functions causing all the craziness we saw.

I’ve compressed your image for web got it to less then half 1mb.

You should be better off.

I suggest using images that are like 2000px wide and I suggest compressing from a site like this: http://compressjpeg.com/

I just double checked on my test site and you need to change the “20% lighter than Primary Color” in Theme Options> Basic Styling.

Try setting that to what you want it to be and let me know if it works.
