    Flushed the Safari cache on my iPhone 6, and I’m running 3.7.3 of the Virtue Theme.

    I do have the following custom CSS in place in Advanced Settings, not sure if this could cause a problem:

    Topic: Moved Site now Icons not showing

    Hi guys. I am moving things around a bit and decided to move to . I created a directory called /apparel and moved everything. Then I made a subdomain apparel.kimjordan.co.za.

    I changed browsers to have a look and noticed that all the icons aren’t displaying properly… In Chrome it’s a square or some symbol. In Firefox it’s something like E82C or E82D in a square block..

    Would you be able to suggest how I can fix that?

    I have transitioned my site from another theme and am discovering that images from blog and post pages are not showing up on the front end even if said images are the featured image. My skills with CSS are nil however I am assuming there must be something I ma overlooking.

    Hi,

    I have the Virtue-Pro theme and I noticed that when I’m scrolling down browsing through the product thumbnails in any category then click on a thumbnail image to view the product details and then click BACK to go back to the previous product list to continue browsing where I left off, it does not take me back to the same location/area where I stopped and clicked on the thumbnail. It just refreshes the page and takes me back to the top of the page so if I want to continue where I left off, I have to scroll way down from the top again each and every time after clicking on a thumbnail and viewing a product’s details. Please note that this is ONLY happening on the first page… pages 2 and so on are working the correct way. Do you think its due to the banner and possibly the embedded youtube video which only display on the first page? If so, how can we fix it? I’ve checked on both firefox and google chrome and its the same on both browsers. on mobile devices with Safari it work fine.

    Hello Ben,

    I use the Virtue Premium theme. I’ve read that using a child theme is a good practice so I decided to install the one you kindly gave here on a test website.

    As you can see there are several differences: on the test website my main (top) menu disapeared and I have strange results in the footer area. I had watched only the home page. Any chance this could be easily fixed?

    Hello! I have two different pages on my site set to the blog template that include posts under different categories.

    I need one of those pages (link: to show posts with a few changes to the feed format:
    1. No featured image
    2. No date
    3. No author (as these articles will be posted by the same person, but will be written by different people)
    4. No comments count

    On the second page (link: I’d like to make the featured images smaller.

    Hi.

    My website is

    I’m just finishing the website and i tested in tablet and mobile phone.
    I found this issues:

    1) Tablet (iPad):
    — Page Projects/Projects: The second image it’s not ok (the place, the order, the size).
    — Post page: Some widgets has some fields not centered:
    -> Archive: Box Select Field. It’s possible to center?
    -> Categories: Name categories is centered, but Number of Posts are at right. It’s possible to center too?
    -> Recent Comments: It’s possible to center the lines?

    2) Mobile Phone (iPhone 5):
    — Page Projects/Projects: -> Title has a problem. It’s cut.
    -> The second image it’s not ok (the place, the order, the size).
    — Page: About: Title has a problem. It’s cut.
    — Blog Page: the same as Tablet for widgets.

    Hi Hannah, i’m using Virtue Premium Theme Version: 3.6.6, and the only plugins i’m using are the recommended plugins that came with the theme and the EMAIL SIGNUP plugin you told me to download.

    and if i am to do an update how do i do that without affecting my site.

    For the EMAIL SIGNUP PLUGIN how do i remove the text “EMAIL*” before the “INPUT FIELD” and put a “PLACE HOLDER” so that only the input field with the place holder would be there, just like you have on these site.

    And i want to create a custom form whereby client can upload files. Can that be done in this theme or do i need a plugin for that and if i do can you give me a link to it.

    As for your map not working, are you using the latest version of the theme? Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test?

    Hey Tiong,
    Do you mean the icon menus on the homepage? You can add direct links to your product category pages from Theme Options > Home Layout.
    I’m confused why you added the demo content if you’re just deleting it all? When you import the demo content it adds content throughout your whole site. Sliders, images, pages, posts, etc.

    According to the footnote on this option: This will convert your menu to a mobile friendly layout and move the search box into the menu. That would be perfect. I have a topbar menu (with 3 items) and a search box in the topbar. That’s too much for the mobile version, so I thought selecting this option would take this out of the topbar, which it does, and move it into the primary menu on my mobile version. But it doesn’t.

    Did I misunderstand this setting? Or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi,

    Im having problem to show the full image on the Catalogue as well as Product page. Most of the sizes are 1200 x 800px or in that ratio, not exceeding 1500px. Is this the recommended size to use?
    I have Turned off the cropping in Theme Options > Shop Settings under Product Image Sizes.
    In woocommerce-> settings ->Products -> Display, the settings remain like this

    My site is shopsays.com, and have uploaded 2 products
    Can u please advise what I did wrong?

    Hi,

    Im pretty new here and have a few questions.
    1) I have installed the Demo content and thereafter purchased the premium virtue. After that, I manually deleted the demo content for product, posts. Is there anything else I need to delete off to clear off all the Demo content?
    2) I’m not sure how to un-link the demo link from the Revolution slider. My website is shopsays.com
    3) Is there a way to make the search bar on the Top Bar Nav appear smaller /shorter in length when clicked on?

    Your css is page specific. Are you wanting it sitewide or just on your homepage? Try this:

    when i go to our website page
    when the browser is full screen it looms good but when you make the screen smaller(like an iPad) the image menu’s squares will lose their spaces and all get messy.
    can you see this? also how can we resolve this?

    I am not admin/moderator for Kadence themes (just a user that loves them!) but you could potentially achieve the same result with some CSS. Is your site set to boxed layout or wide layout? Do you have a link?

    Thank you for your suggestion. I am not shure, but I dont believe this is the issue. I did some error searching looking at the page code and the debugger in the microsoft edge browser and the code stopped at this fatal error message: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_price_html() on boolean in …. /wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slide.class.php:1473

    Found the get_price_html in the php file, and believe this is a code used if the slider is a woocommerce product slider.

    Since this is a post based slider and not a woocommerce slider I dont understand why this should be an issue. The logic shuold pass beyond this string in my oppinion.

    I disabled woocommerce and the slider appeared as normal on the site, but dissappeared again after activating woocommerce.
    I believe there must be some compatibility issues between revslider and woocommerce in the latest update. Dont know how to fix this. Any suggestions?
