    Hi
    is my English so bad?
    The issue/problem is not the mobile menu dropdown but that overlay menu doesn’t scroll at all.
    It centers on the underneath page visited at the moment, filling the screen height and stop.
    Thus, if by chance you are on homepage that’s fine it scrolls completely up and down but if you are on another page it doesn’t scroll and is the underneath page scrolling.
    I wish I better explained the issue this time.

    Hi Ben and Hannah et al.

    I am migrating another wordpress site into Virtue Premium and the last developer separated stuff into custom post types.
    What is the best simplest way to migrate the custom post type? I tried Custom Post Type UI which worked, but it didn’t bring over the custom menu for adding dates and stuff to the press release. I think that’s just a field and a menu.

    But in the old site I cannot find a plugin or code that generates the menu. I tried custom fields, etc.

    I will give you login info if you need it for the old and the new.

    Sorry I can manage it except wehre the heck this menu comes from.

    So I’m trying to make the above menu migrate to the new site.

    Hello Hannah. I have updated the Virtue Theme back to version 3.7.3 and the website works. The problem seems to be the Sumo Rewards plugin. There is an update out for that plugin now so I will try it and see what happens.

    Also the theme is for Unlimited Licence so, I can use the same theme in any website?

    Hi there,

    We have activated the actual theme with API ..thanks for that. Also I have activated on my demo server..when I LIVE website on actual domain can I still do this activation or its one time?

    The Visual Composer is FREE with it or we have to buy separately ?

    For Child Them I will have a look if I can do it fast.

    Hi Ben,

    I hope you can help me. I’m trying to install a few different website spokesperson videos we had made on the home page as well as on few shop category pages and regular pages. I think need to do it through the ftp but I’m not sure exactly which file(s) to install them in.

    Here are the instructions the company that made the videos for me gives on how to install on WordPress sites, but its not specific enough and I worry that I may mess something up:

    Installing on WordPress, Joomla, or a Website Builder

    Wordpress- With wordpress if your home page is not an actual page and is just a template, the template to add the line of code to is index.php. Also, sometimes wordpress will not allow you to choose where you upload your files to. If this is the case you need to follow these simple steps.

    Use the wordpress file manager to upload the files.
    Find out where that is, the full url. For example, “
    Then in the wthvideo.js file change the path value from “wthvideo” to the url in step 1 and upload it.
    Then in the line of code replace the wthvideo portion of the src value with the location of your files.

    Hey,
    You would need to ask Yoast support for a “site with info” but as I understand it you just make sure polylang isn’t copying meta data between language (so it’s seperate per language). this is how its set up by default. So all you do is fill out your SEO data for each page in each language.

    Hello,

    I want to do this correctly,

    If the website will get more traffic in french than english and I have polylang and locotranslate activated, do I install the yoast SEO first in english and then add french? I am having a hard time finding instructions for some reason, even on the Yoast site.

    Could I be directed to a site with this info? thanks!

    Hey,
    Is there a reason you don’t want to use paypal through woocommerce?
    Maybe best to start here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/paypal-standard/

    1. While I don’t suggest or recommend manually adding code you would have to do so int the short description of each product.
    2. To be clear virtue doesn’t add any add to cart buttons thats how woocommerce works. You can add paypal to the woocommerce cart but the woocommerce products are supposed to have add to cart buttons. Part of the reason for a system like woocommerce is so that the add to cart button is how you have people checkout on your site. Using woocommerce checkout settings you can have a user connect with paypal.

    3. Add in the short description box. (but really don’t use woocommerce 🙂 )

    Through a warning mail I knew there was a new user that I never add in my wp-admin panel:
    Username: flynnfinney
    Email: [email protected]

    I am the only administrator/user and never shared the login data to anyone. I deleted it and changed the administrator password for a new super strong one.

    Some minutes later, I got a new mail telling me there is another new user:
    Username: antoinewilliford
    Email: [email protected]

    I deleted it and changed the password again. Nothing happened since then…

    What can I do? Is there any way to protect my site in a stronger way?

    Hello Folks,
    I was submitting a new sitemap and checking my Google Analytics. Under the Search Console, I have errors that seem to be related to the ‘hcard” for all of my pages. I’m figuring it is coming from the header and/or footer on each page, where I have this info, which is the Vcard. Below is the info from the Google Search Console/Structured Data Markup. Just curious what your thoughts are.

    Your still a large site, did you read through the post above? Are you using jpg compress?
    You should talk with your host about optimizing your caching and making sure browser cache is turned on.

    So i Tested the site on pc on a Samsung mobile and a Samsung tablet.
    All worked perfect , but When i look at the website with an ipad than pictures and text is all wrong.

    Hey! I have images that are 2000x500px wide on my site and it displays fine.

    I would probably make them at least that wide for optimal responsiveness.

    I’m using the Kadence Slider Pro for my homepage slider. I want it full width to be responsive with the site. What size pictures should I use to get the best quality? I have my height set to 450px.

    Hey! This is the default behavior of the theme. Whenever you view a site on a tablet or other mobile device, the theme collapses the menu and uses the mobile dropdown.

    The android device must have a large enough screen to retain the original menu.

    You can use this CSS that I found in another thread to get your menu to display on the tablet view, but there might be some styling issues that need to be addressed after.
