June 20, 2016 at 10:17 am #99845Can you post a login to your site so I can access your admin.
It would be a user name and password.
Does that help? You can use “set as private reply” to keep it private.

June 20, 2016 at 10:15 am #99844Hey,
1. What do you see when you say the site crashes?2. You can use css to make the sizes whatever you want. (First make sure you are not adding ANYTHING into the css for the panels) Then for example:
@media (max-width: 992px){ .kt-flip-box-contain { height: 200px !important; } }For the content (like text) to be vertically center you have to define a height. so if your wanting square then you would need to define a width and height instead of a width that is 100% of it’s container.

June 20, 2016 at 9:43 am #99829Sorry Ben, I keep being unable to post a response because the site crashes when I hit “Submit”. I’ll try and remember what I wrote:
Thanks for the code. I did indeed only want to target larger tablets so I’ll give that a try.
Am I understanding it correctly that there is no way of making the Flip Boxes square when viewed on mobiles and tablets?
I’m thinking that if we could make the Flip Boxes change their dimensions to “device width x device width”, then I should be able to use images without any borders appearing as they would just scale up providing I upload correctly proportioned images to begin with.
Currently, when viewed on mobile devices the Flip Boxes change their dimensions to “device width x predefined height in px”, which is causing the borders. Forcing them to be square would possibly solve that.
I’m asking because I want to use images with the text on top, rather than just text on a plain background.
Thanks again!

June 20, 2016 at 9:33 am #99824Just want to be clear that I don’t know what your talking about when you say “the Revolution Slider was not working anymore”.
Happy to help with any questions you have there.
1. No that isn’t an option at this time.
2. I’m seeing a lot of js errors on your site? 404 errors? Do you have your permissions set correctly on your server?
You can use this css to change the slide transition time:.kad-slider .kad-slide { -webkit-transition: opacity 1s ease-in-out; -moz-transition: opacity 1s ease-in-out; -o-transition: opacity 1s ease-in-out; -ms-transition: opacity 1s ease-in-out; }3. The max-height you set is still going to be the max height. (I may add an option to ignore the max height in the next version which would make your image very tall.) The ratio was there to make sure as you scaled down the full image was in view.
4. Hmm, yeah that shouldn’t be that way. I’ll fix in the next update. This will make it work for now just add this css:
.sliderclass .kad_fullslider_arrow a { position: absolute; z-index: 10000; left: 50%; font-size: 30px; bottom: 50px; margin-left: -15px; -webkit-animation: hoverup 2s infinite linear; -moz-animation: hoverup 2s infinite linear; -ms-animation: hoverup 2s infinite linear; -o-animation: hoverup 2s infinite linear; color: #FFF; } .sliderclass { position: relative; }Ben

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Stripe Payment Gateway Error
Hello,
I have recently integrated the Stripe payment gateway on to the site, but whenever I test (in both sandbox and live) I receive the error “You have passed a blank string for ‘card’. You should remove the ‘card’ parameter from your request or supply a non-blank value.”
I was told by the plugin author that some themes change Stripes card info form and that can cause this error. Is there anything we can do on the theme end?
The site is beerdrop.org.
Thanks!

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Sticky header in mobile
Hi Kadence team,
Thank you so much for the beautiful Pinnacle theme. I’m having trouble getting my sticky mobile header (I already enabled the feature in Theme Options). I don’t know if it’s the result of me making the logo centered and the primary menu below the logo (by inserting the snippet of code in a footer widget). Is there a way to make my mobile header sticky (like newyorker.com)? My site is blog.sailo.com. Thank you very much!
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHey! This is an odd problem that hasn’t come up on my site before. Unfortunately, this isn’t an area that I have much knowledge about at the moment, so we’ll have to wait for the theme developer to see this to get a concrete answer.
One thing I do recommend, just in case it’s needed to solve the issue, is that you post a link to your site on all support requests.
I do know that the dev went on a backpacking trip this weekend, so be aware that it could be tomorrow at the latest before he sees this.
Thanks for your patients

June 18, 2016 at 10:28 am #99662Hey,
You don’t get access to there support site. That’s only through directly licensing with them. But you can ask questions here. Also you may want to try out the updates Kadence Slider because it now has layers.

In forum: Virtue ThemeJune 18, 2016 at 7:19 am #99655Hi!!!

June 18, 2016 at 4:49 am #99653Thanks for the reply, Kevin.
My ‘Standard Post Options’ was set to ‘site default’ for post summary. I tried going to settings -> reading and tried both full text and excerpt, but it didn’t change anything.
I then chanced the Standard Post Options to ‘Landscape Image’, and that worked. The image is now showing, along with the date, excerpt, etc.
My next question would then be…is there a way to make the ‘Landscape Image’ selection default so I don’t have to remember to select it each time?
Thank you very much for your help- I greatly appreciate it!
