Using secondary menu and there are parent menus & child menus(Sub menus) in it. Here is the site. Is there a way not to be clicked on parent menus? I want to make only child menus can be clicked.If Ir is possible, could you teach me how?

Since the last update of Virtue, the fonts on our site are not showing properly in Chrome. Looks like Times Roman should be Roboto Condensed heads, Roboto body text. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Looking at your site you have this product: http://swoop.kr/product/nike-christmas-collection/

But you have not correctly set up any variations, that product shows you haven’t. PLease look through the nice tutorial here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/variable-product/

Also that product is using a select box. Meaning you have not turned on the radio button option in your theme options.

You are using: WP-Super-Cache

Meaning you will have to manually delete all of the cache after each update using the settings > WP-Super-Cache.

I don’t recommend using a caching plugin while developing. Wait until your site is finished.

And make sure you turn off caching from the plugin settings it will not work to simply deactivate the plugin.

Hi, Thank you so much Hannah, now its working grate…..
01)there is a slide problem , when i enable mobile menu it doesn’t appear on the mobile device, i tried so many ways like changing the font color and so on but still the primary menu doesn’t appear on any mobile device.
02)the next thing when the webpage open on a mobile browser the left “phone” icons and the right side “social media” icons overlap each icons( icon in the right and the icons in the left of the header widget area) looks so bad,
i have tried almost all the methods bit non of them working at the moment , if you can kindly have a look and please advice me what to do, thank you in-advance for your support . (website reference http://www.fayesmithmakeup.cf/)

Your sites language is still set the english? You have to set to a rtl language for this to work.

Yes you will eventually stop having access to theme updates and bundled plugin updates. You should activate.

If you have a problem activating please post here what your error message is and I would be happy to help.

posting a login to your site can be helpful as well.

You can go to tools > system status to look at your systems information like php version and settings.

Hi, I’ve been trying for 2 hours to get my kadence slider full width using page builder. I set Parallax in the ”design” tab, Parallax in the ”Design” tab of the row options and Full Width in the ”layout” tab. My Kadence slider is set for full width as well. It looks like a have a padding at the left and right. my website is http://www.rackabiere.com im talking about the sliding written ”Pratique & Tendance”. I saw a ”how to” for the virtue theme demonstrating a page layout called ”full width” but it doesnt seem to have that for Pinnacle. How can I do it?

If you press one of this buttons a new page will open with product category.
This page is a page i made and i used woocommerce category shortcode.

I dont have there a button to see the next products.

Hey Ben,

i don’t charge for most of the sites i make so i always try to manage with the tools given… and my coding is outdated since the ’90s
Would look nice and it would give a unique feel to your themes if you would at least move the product tabs on the right… in some future theme facelift.

7. i see what you mean, but it seems strange that Whoocomerce doesn’t have a filter to use – i just taught i missed it in the settings

I just downloaded this plugin on my Virtue site it worked fine. I didn’t receive any errors. I would suggest deactivating your plugins to test if any are interfering. Let me know if there’s no change!

I would suggest adding the video using this shortcode.

Just replace where you’ve added the video with this, and it should scale down better than it is currently.

That lighter color is because the background on the spinning loader is partly white.

You would need to use css like this to remove it but note that it means your removing the spinner:

a.kad-btn.loading:before {
  background: transparent;
}

If you want the spinner you would need to upload that image to your site then link to it as the background.

Or you can leave the theme spinner and remove the background but it’s not greate without a white background:

a.kad-btn.loading:before {
  background-color: transparent !important;
}
