    I don’t need the woocommerce report. I’m trying to give you helpful information. It doesn’t matter if you look don’t like pingdom (although show me any other site with a load time that long) just load your page. Notice how you have a spinning wheel showing that there is loading going on. That is what your issue is. You have something on your server not loading. That is what you need to find.

    Do you not see this load loading when on your site where the browser is showing the loading spinner?

    Still trying to get an answer on why [kad_blog orderby=date items=4] stopped working like it used to (and [kad_blog orderby=date items=4 fullpost=false] doesn’t work either…never did: that always shows the full post – weird) . . . both usages show the full posting instead of the excerpt. [kad_blog orderby=date items=4] used to show only the excerpt on the Dave Romeo site; it’s been in production for many months and recently started showing the full post. (Again, now sure when it changed, but I’m pretty sure it happened at some point after updating the theme, as we didn’t change this page at all since it last worked.)

    Any idea?

    Hello,

    When I’m using IE ver 11.0 to check the site, the product flip boxes I have still “flip” but they no longer have all the text on a colored background showing.

    What they do when “flipped”, is show only the product and product title “backward” as if looking in a mirror.

    I’m using Windows 7 and IE version 11.0.96. The site looks and works fine in Firefox 46.0.1 and Chrome Version 50.0.2661; however, using browsershots, on some earlier versions of chrome it shows the complete back text on a colored background, but all text is backwards.

    I understood that the theme layouts should be adjusted to the mobile site, but somehow its not 100% adjustable.

    Hello is it possible to remove the padding/margins on left and right side of logo so it fills the entire width of the site? The logo is set to be displayed in the center.

    1. tbd I don’t know what to say open a browser, open 2 window one of my site and one of something else, start on the homepage go to the other window and come back to my site in 2-3 mins, as soon as you come back in split second you should see either all white, all black or many lines then home page slider image will reload. The same goes for the shop page, I usually see lines or a all black.

    2. My sincere apologies Ben. I unchecked the search function and still have the same issue, I have done hard refresh several times with no luck. I still get products that have nothing to do with the keywords I enter into the search box. Sometimes firefox is slow to show changes. Again sorry about that and anything else that I may have done that is annoying you.

    I know you are, I truly do your support is great! I have read that many have used sucuri and ithemes together with much success and I wanted to try McAfee Secure free version too. What do you suggestion in this area? Any suggestions about optimization?

    Hi Ben

    This has fixed the issue. I cleared cache on site and phone and it works now.
    Why was it that it needed to be marked as !important? It was already set as Cover in settings. I guess something is conflicting?

    1. I’m asking for instructions on how I can recreate with a link to your site. I’m not telling you to recreate just tell me how I might be able to see what it is your seeing.

    I would kindly like to suggest that you consider what I have said as it’s a reasonable explanation when you are heavily changing how a site works by adding a extra check to get around your coming soon page.

    2. Your image shows a search that is not wordpress or standard woocommerce. I didn’t post the image you did and it’s clearly not woocommerce standard.

    Since you still hadn’t posted your link I went looking in other topics and found your site.
    There clearly in your plugins you have the “Receiptful for WooCommerce”
    and of course in that plugins options are “Enable Receiptful search” which you have enabled…

    And it’s that search that is showing on your site. And the error code for why it’s not working is “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 402 (Payment Required)”. I don’t know that plugin but you are welcome to ask the plugin authors about what payment you may own and you can decide with them if you would rather use the standard woo-commerce search or there search.

    I really am for you and for you to have a great site. I can’t control the plugins you install or settings you choose to enable… (speaking of which why in the world would you install three security plugins?). I hope you can benefit from my suggestions and help.

    I’m still seeing a 60 second plus loading time. Javascript that runs the carousel won’t work until the page is loaded… You need to solve your loading issue. Something on the server is not loading and timing out. You need to find that issue. Did you work with your host? show them your site and how it’s taking over 60 seconds to load?

    In your theme options > menu settings. Can you make sure the menu colors are set to be white?

    Your superfly menu plugin has some really bad css that I can’t make sense of. It’s placing an overlay on top of the entire header of the site causing buttons to not be clickable.

    How come your wanting two menu systems?

    The code that runs the category drop downs is not working, it’s not showing display block after clicking and it’s not a theme menu.

    Can you post a link? By german version are you using a multilingual site? are you defining the custom carousel through short-codes or through the theme options?

    Greetings

    Breadcrumbs with woocommerce are only appearing on the single product page, not on the shop or category pages even though the setting is on to allow them show on all woocommerce pages.

    Other thing is that I originally set the columns to five and now they wont change to any other option no matter what I do. I do use cloudfare but I set this on development mode which allows any changes to show.

    Same with image size, I set them to square setting and then deleted the setting so nothing is set, but these changes do not show on the site either.

    Hi Ben, am having problems with WooCommerce updating Authorize.Net. Woo said, “Have you tried updating Authorize.net with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen enabled? I would try that first. I see a lot of over-rides coming from the theme.”, which I tried to no effect.

    In the Dashboard>Appearance>Themes at the bottom it says this:

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete.
    Name Description
    virtue_premium_v2_2_3 Stylesheet is missing. Delete
    Virtue – Premium Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

    Does this mean anything?

    The issue with links/menus on the mobile site not working seems to only be on samsung devices, although the catgetory menu also does not work on iphones. It opens then closes immediately.

    Hi,

    I would like to know if its possible to duplicate/clone my complete website and its products to create a completely new website with a different name and url on the Virtue Pro theme? I would them change the logos, sliders and other things on the new site as needed. If yes, what’s involved with that process?

    1. I was using W3Total Cache and now I’m using WPFC. Sometimes when I come back to the home page the image all white and sometimes all black and other times all lines.
    There is NO way I can launch the site with this occuring it has to be dealt with prior to taking off the coming soon plugin.

    2. Now I removed the woocommerce search added the search widget and the same issue occurs. How to recreate the error, simply type in text to search and before you click to search you should see the message. Also the search plugin I have in now really sucks bad for many reasons I can’t use it. I need to somehow use the woocommerce. I would like to use a plugin but I have way too many going.
