This site uses the same theme…

My guess is just a loading issue becuase your not running the site with caching and you have a coming soon. Wait till you get done developing and then you can test for this.

2. The search doesn’t search for tags. It’s content of the post.

Can you post a link?

This is the standard woocommerce search widget right? No extra plugin?

Also to clarify the normal search is not that theme that is a wordpress core widget.

Hi,

1. Not sure how to explain this…I can’t recreate for you…all I can say is I have firefox open and about 5 other windows with other website including your site kadencethemes.com…So while I work between my wp admin making changes and then checking my site to make sure its has been updated correctly, what is happening is for example I writing this post and just went back to the window of my site the shop page in particular, I see either all black or a bunch of lines and then the shop page images appears a split second late in proper form. The same thing occurs when I go back to my home page (I’m not clicking to load a page just clicking on the window if you know what I mean).

I thought that it may be my macpro retina that is causing the issue, but no it is 110% the them because every time I do the same and go to other open windows of other sites including this one everything is normal.

2. I added a woocommrece search widget and every time I write text it says : An error occurred. Please try again. I do find that the search works but also loads products that are unrelated to the search, I had the same issue with you search so I changed to woocommerce. I just want a search to provide true results. So when I for example type : Love All, I get all the products with the name or the name love, but the search gives me other products like Namaste which has no love tag and some other products that aren’t correct.

ok, well it’s a javascript error. The error shows it’s coming from jquery.migrate (a core wordpress file).

… hmm here is what I suggest contact your host and make sure there are no php errors on the site. ask them to check your permissions settings and your htaccess file for errors.

I can’t figure this out as it only seems to happen on your IE browser and only seems to happen on that particular site.

IE is always good for being the buggiest worst browser so be sure to try restarting, clearing, anything you can to rejump it.

I can’t recreate on windows 7 using IE11 but based on the images it almost looks like your using the edge browser?

Do you currently have those images in the gallery?

Everything looks fine when I view the site, but I can’t tell if the correct images are displaying or not.

Have you tried clearing your cache and disabling plugins to see if the changes take effect then?

Where are you getting this code? I see on your site it’s clearly not loadinging correctly and the only thing causing the issue. It’s not a conflict error with something else.

Why not use a plugin to manage this for you?

I’m not super familiar with this code but assuming organicweb.com is correct I’m not seeing that you did step 4? I don’t see a jquery in the index folder of your site?

In Layout Builder Widget -> SiteOrigin Social Media Buttons i would like to add some social networks that does not exist in the list: 500px and Olhares (portuguese social network).

It’s not possible to create an icone for any other social network that i not in the list?

When i add a link and don’t choose a network, there’s no icone.

Back to my first problem.

I made there on sidebar a menu using visual editor widget and virtue shortcodes buttons.
I like very much this buttons because are easy to configure and it look nice.
But i have a problem:
– when i press the red button stanadyne i want the black buttons pop down.
– when mouse is not over the menu i want only red buttons to show.
Can you help me?

on the shortcode page of Pinnacle Premium I saw the Simple Box Example and decided to rebuilt it in a Virtue Premium Website. Worked quite well, but there is one problem I couldn’t solve yet. If the width is between 781px and 1024px, my box row uses two lines for showing, while the box example in Pinnacle only uses one line. What do I have to do, that my box row also uses one line?

Hi Ben,

I have added the script using the footer scripts in the theme options (same result no pop up and site element dont load).
I looked around and found someone talking about this solution: https://www.organicweb.com.au/19561/wordpress/mailchimp-popup-instructions/
I followed the instructions the pop up still doesnt load and the site is still messed
I don’t know what is causing the site to break nor do I understand the intricacies of javascript code, so i wouldn’t know if it is correct or not, but it is the official script that is supposed to work on all platforms (I also provided you with the mailchimp script in the post before so you could investigate)
