I can also get the site to load through pingdom with the virtue theme?

It’s not like every time it’s 60 seconds.

Did you check your logs with your host? error logs in php?

I’m looking at the page there are no ssl errors this is a loading issue. the server seems to timeout or get stuck on something.

Hey,
You have this error : Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 847872 bytes)

Means your need to increase your max memory for the sites server.

You can contact your host for help with this.

It’s from a plugin, doesn’t matter is the same as your visual editor.

Where are you adding your shortcode? I’m looking at the code on your site and I don’t see any home widget area enabled in the theme options > home layout?

You need to make sure this site has the latest version of the theme: http://pianolernen.ch/?

You don’t decide for embed thats done by wordpress by defualt. There is a plugin that can turn this off though: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-embeds/

You have some ssl issues. You’re forcing ssl but it looks like much of your database is not using https. In your settings general does your site url have https?

Things gradually seem to be becoming realigned to the left on my site. The contact form on my contant page, the text next to the contact form on the home page (which you have provided me with CSS to overcome) and now the footer text and “our passion for film production is our driving force” text with button. Before you said there was some page builder CSS effecting things but how can i delete this and just keep control in the Virtue CSS?

I would like the footer and “our passion..>” Text centred and the text next to the home contact form to be next to the form when in landscape mobile view. Currently it goes below it.

I believe I am folowwing the steps you say correctly, but no result. Nothing happens. I don´t undertand why the shortcodes don´t work when I add them.

I want to have an image page header for several pages, but I can’t at the moment.

In all cases, when I deactivate “Show title” it remove the title, yes… but the header too. I only want put an image header, without title.

Blog page is a special case; “Show/hide title” page options doesn’t works. I must to go to Theme OptionsPage title-> OnOff, but it affect to all the website to.

Any idea?

I don´t seem to have any widget called “siteoriginEditor”, I have one called “Editor Visual” but it doesn´t work using that one either.

Does siteorigineditor belong to the theme or is it a plugin I can install? (I have looked for it as a plugin but I haven´t found any with that name).

I’ve made the gif up to 1140 w x 654 h px

The site’s pages are all set up to full width.

I’ve removed the WP resized scr attribute in the text code and kept the image’s full size parameters.

Have inserted the image at actual (full) size.

any suggestions?

Let me explain again what i want.
On home page i have a kadence slider up ,under the menu.
I want that slider to be on all pages from site, like every page is a home page 🙂

Hi Hannah,

Thank you for your reply. I thought i was using the latest version of the theme, because my dashboard says there is no new update for the Virtue Premium Theme. But when i take a look at the Kadence site and go to the Virtue Premium page i can see the latest version is 3.6.5, while my version is 3.3.9. Any ideas how i can sort this out and update the theme to the latest version?

I will keep your method in my mind if it happens again.

Hello Ben,

As from you requested please browse to http://fabriziophotos.com/test_kadence/ to find the screen shoots and page souces of the home and blog page when logged in and out. I guess that this is becoming frustrating for boot you and me so I wonder whether there is any change to make a fresh(/repair) installation of wordpress and virtue without having me to re-do the entire site (unless you are able to figure something out).
