Hi,
I installed the update of the theme and since I’ve no access to the media library.
If I activate another theme that works.
So the problem comes from the update.
Note that I use a child theme that worked before the update . It contains a functions.php , a sidebar.php and style.css.
Moreover, my favicon is displayed more systematically…

Hi Guys,

I’ve downloaded a plugin for a site I’m creating called WP google maps I have set the width to 100% as the plugin creator told me too. But has said to mention it on here because I would like to to span the whole with of the page.

Hi Guys,

So sorry for been a pain. I’m doing a slider for the home page for one of the sites I’m doing they want to show 4 sale items. He want me to show the item descriptions. I have done this by using the text editor. But I want to show this in a list and not how its showing as it at the moment.

I was hoping someone could help me?

I just upgraded from the free to premium version of Pinnacle, and suddenly all my pages (except home page) now show text saying ‘HOME>page title’ to the right of the page title. For example, the ‘Features’ page now has a label with ‘HOME>Features’ that wasn’t there before. Clicking ‘HOME’ returns you to the home page. How do I get rid of this? Driving me crazy, had site 99% perfect & only upgraded to get one feature, now am wasting hours trying to put it back the way it was…. thanks for your help.

I found the same happened with secondary menu items from the main menu for desktop – so I didn’t use secondary menu items as there is a huge vertical distance between a main menu item and the secondary item.

Thanks guys but none of these options has worked. The title still cuts off on the right hand side and the tagline doesn’t look good at all on mobile devices.

Is it a simple matter that the mobile viewport has not been configured correctly??? Is it possible to have the title and the tagline wording made responsive?

I have changed the site back to have wording for both the title and tagline instead of the png image and using the primary menu for the tagline so you can see what is really happening.

my host restored from backup again.
and set maximum settings – 1024 mb..

now barely all plugins (exept basic) switched off.
now all pages and products loads (but not all functions work cause not all plugins on)

and we will switch them on and update one by one and control site work.

my host found many memory low errors.
but don’t know which plugin cause this.
they think, some plugin or update made with php errors.

Yeah you can send a translation to me [email protected] and I would include in the next update.

but not that you can upload the po file from one site to another and as long as your using the global folder you would be fine that way as well.

I have tryed with all the CSS code appearing here to solve both issues, but nothing happens. My site is in maintenance mode but I could give access to help me to solve both issues.

Hi Kevin,
It almost seems like a more sustainable approach to translate the theme once and for all (I use for other sites also).
Is there a way for me to submit translations to the theme?
Currently it comes only 5% translated.

I’m confused… The filter is not designed for a site that has more the one page of products. So I’m suggesting you not use it because it’s not meant to be used in teh way you are using it. It’s not a menu for categories. If you want to show your entire shop on the page that’s fine but I would strongly consider what that would do for loading time.

There is no way to separate testimoninal posts and blog posts in the social shariing plugin.
I can turn them off for each post but as you can see on http://purple-dog.co.uk/portfolio/ecommerce-website-gilly-beans/ they errors still show?
Is there any way round this with coding?

For some reason, the Revolution Slider doesn’t play the slides. The Static Layers Overflow is gray-out and I cannot control the “Start on Slide” and “End on Slide”. “General Settings” doesn’t not have the settings as shown on the website:
