did you contact your host? Could be that there is a server limit being reached.

It’s not really how the accordion is set up but you can force this by adding some js to make it happen. First you need to add an id to the accordion. So in the shortcode make it:[accordion id="1"]Then you would need to add this js in a text widget in your footer:

March 22, 2016 at 10:51 am #87145For meta tags for sharing you need an SEO plugin like Yaost SEO. Looking at your site it doesn’t look like you’ve set up the SEO and meta tags.

Without meta tags then you’re leaving it up to the social site to look through the page for an image to pull in. That is inconsistent and you don’t get to set the image.

March 22, 2016 at 10:25 am #87136Yes the child theme should be activate (else it wouldn’t be doing anything to the site).
The parent theme will show an update when there is one, not the child theme since that is your theme.
You can update the parent theme without having to change your child theme by updating right inside wordpress when you see that an update is available.

The theme filter only filters what is on the page. It’s not a menu. It doesn’t reload the site and check the whole site for everything in the category. It only filters what is loaded. You have 22 pages of products in abstract so it’s not something you can filter using the theme filter. You should use a menu if you want people to browse by subcategories in a category that large.Ben

I am bumbling along creating a new website using the Pinnacle Premium not really knowing what I’m doing.
I have created many pages, all with different background images for the headers. I clicked on one of my product tags and the background image was the original premium background. This is also the case for the search page, and the 404 error page.
As these are pages I have not created I have no idea how to change the background. I do not want to have them all different, the same image I have set as my home page background would be good. I just do not know how to do it!
If someone could help with an idiots guide to doing this I would be most grateful.

Hello there i would like your support on resolving my language issue with virtue premium, im trying to set up a spanish “es_MX” language site, i have the .po and .mo files wich are inside the virtue premium zip file, also i have 4 more on my wp-content/language/ folder (admin and regular); so what i did is this:
-First change lenguage directly from wordpress settings, this changed language but not for the whole site, items like “Showing all 8 results” should be on spanish or my account page, i still see “My Addresses” instead of “Mis direcciones”, on the contact form i see “send email” instead of “enviar email”, so.. as you can see is not entirely in spanish.
I tryed to change language on the wp-config.php file adding: define (‘WPLANG’, ‘es_MX’);… Dint work either…
i also copied my .mo and .po files into the themes language folder, dint work either…
anything im doing grong or missing?, right now my website is on maintenance mode if you would like to inspect the site, just say it on response and i will open a door for you.

Any Idea of what it could be ? How I could begin debugging ?

I have reinstalled the file and I still have a problem with the login information.
This morning I realized that a computer friend installed WP in 2014 and he entered his user name and password. This morning I replaced both with my username and password. I received a confirmation this morning From: WordPress <[email protected]>

http://routes-mag.comI began the installation process after. I tried having an email sent to me at the 2 email addresses in the confirmation notice. I have not received a notification and when I type in each entry each is denied as a valid email address.
A little history. 2 months ago, I used updraft to clone the present online site (routes-mag.com). And I am using Desktop Server as the local server. I used then Virtue Premium and of course Duplicator to bring the local site to the internet.
Is it possible that I am unable to change the local server’s password? I am afraid to logout now for fear that I will not be able to get back into the local sight.
I put in a false username and it showed my account with the right information. I reenterred all account information.Emails confirming the changes are not coming to my email account. Have you had experience in such a case? Is there something different about local sites?
I’m at a loss for an explanation.

I have subdivided my Abstract category in my shop to varying different colours. The problem is that when I enter the abstract category an I can see all the diferent colour filters along the top only half of them are working. ie. The first one beige,browns,creams is fine and so is the second one Black,white,grey but the following ones Blue green and pink,cerise,purple are not showing the products when clicked on. The final one Red, yellow, orange is fine also. This I am not understanding as I used the same procedure for them all. Could you please advice me on this. My site is frontlinecanvasart.com. If you go to store then pick abstract from the menu on the page this will let you see what I am meaning.

When i want to share a blog/news post from my website on my LinkedIn page by copying the URL link, i sometimes get a picture (which is included in the blog post) plus the titel of the post, which is what i want. But sometimes i also get a post without a picture and i don’t know why. All of the settings of the blog posts on the website are the same, and still sometimes when i want to share it on LinkedIn i get a picture with it and sometimes not. Does somebody maybe know why this is?

Hi guys
My homepage has gone blank – only showing my banner and logo. I have changed nothing in the homepage layout but everything is now blank – I think since the last upgrade?
I don’t use page content because I use the custom menus to create the page. If i enable page content it just comes up with a few words (which is all I have on that page) but the other features are no longer working. I’ve never had this problem before.

Thanks for your response. I have looked at 2 youtube videos. Please take a look at Youtube Duplicator WordPress Plugin Tutorial – Jan 2014 update, beginning at 13:30. I ask you to look at that because that is what I’ve used as the in structural basis for using Duplicator Pro. My point is that the information at that point is erroneous and perhaps it would help future users (Mac Users) to know that what is demonstrated there is not the case.
At the moment, I think Robert Riley from Snap Creek is in the process of deleting all the files on the test site up to the installer.php and the Zip file. I’ve just tried to test the file and I don’t get any response from the site. Perhaps I will send him an email and tell him about your email.
I will take you up on your offer to assign the menu — but we have to wait until I find out what in what part of the process Robert is. Now that everything is per support center posts, it isn’t to effectively communicate. But I guess it is more productive to do it this way.
In regards to the password login, I am assuming that the password from the local site is the password that the login is asking for?
Ben, an honest Thanks for your help. I am in Germany, so I am sure there is a time difference between our locations. It is 07:30 here.
