So my first guess is that there is so much going on that your site can’t catch up. Are you using a caching plugin? We highly recommend W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket.

Hi there,

Thanks a lot for the wonderfull pinnacle theme which i am using for about 8 months now and i am very happy. As you might already know the easiest way to measure your website statistics nowdays is google tag manager. the google platform for handling varius tags and installing them to your site as one.
I have used analytics for a long time and now i have to install the tag manager script right after the opening body tag in all pages.
This is kind of difficult to do.

So my question is: Is there any built in feature for adding scripts into the theme options that i am not aware? Are you planning to give this option in a future update? I know there are quite a few plugins out there but i would feel more safe with a built in solution.

Yeah get header gets called first (technically on a lot of sites it is the call for the header itself. If you want to add to the end of the header use “kt_after_header_content” as the hook.

Hi, I just imported one of the demo sites using the Kadence-importer, I have double everything in my header: Home, Home, Portfolio, Portfolio, Contact Us, Contact Us, etc.. Even above that, I have double; My Account, My Account, Buy Here, Buy Here, etc.. All my pages are also double, Home, Home, etc.. Could someone please tell me how to fix this? Thanks

I have an issue with the top margin of the flag at *Login to see link It is attached to the topbar on this site.

I would like to have a space like the one on this *Login to see link

To my knowledge all the settings are the same on both sites:
1) I have the same version of the WordPress and Virtue Premium Theme on both sites
2) I am using Virtue Image for both the header widget on both sites
3) my Custom CSS for both Sites is exactly the same.

Since Earth tones seemed most appropriate, I settled on the forest.css theme skin, and upon setting all of the backgrounds to transparent, I found that really nice tree background that was built in. My client loved it! However, he asked if it could be tinted a tanish color, as it’s just grayscale. I tried to figure out how to have a partially transparent background layer over the trees to create that effect but I couldn’t quite figure it out.

The tinting color I was aiming for is something around hex #f2ddbf — a nice tan, wood color.

after I activated the “Mega Max Menu” Plugin I have the issue that the Kadence mobile Navigation icon don’t disappear and so I have two icons on top in mobile version of my site.

Hi Ben,

After speaking to 3 godaddy reps over these couple of days and them telling me that its an issue with the theme coding, I finally was able to get some help from a rep today. He accessed and added a code to the htaccess file via ftp and told me the issue should be resolved. However, I now have a slow site issue again. Please check if indeed the issue is resoled and that me site is open to be indexed by Search Engines.

1. Can i set my header and footer to be 940px ? I user mics settings – Limit Max Page to 940px, and i want footer and header to be limited to. (so only Body background image is visible on sides)

2. Can i use White collor and make it transparent for “Post and Page Content area Background”? So i can read text when “Body Background” image has little black in it.

When I was setting up my baby cloud account up with hostgator and setting up my domain, one of the support team suggested there is WP plugin to help me with this.

You can downgrade pagebuilder.

There you can download 2.0.4

Just to make this clear, I’ve tested with other themes using any custom post type this issue happens on all. It’s not related to anything theme so there isn’t a way to hack it through the theme.

Pagebuilder is pretty responsive if you post on there support it’s possible that they could add in a fix for this.

Weird things happened after updated theme to latest version for my site: http://www.edinskincare.com

At first only revolutionary slider and site title could be loaded & the rest were blank in home page.

Then home page can be fully loaded after several hours but there is 500 Internal Server Error message when I clicked into other pages/posts.

Wordpress dashboard still can be accessed though…

Messages stated as below:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
