header widget top margin issue

I have an issue with the top margin of the flag at It is attached to the topbar on this site.

I would like to have a space like the one on this

To my knowledge all the settings are the same on both sites:
1) I have the same version of the WordPress and Virtue Premium Theme on both sites
2) I am using Virtue Image for both the header widget on both sites
3) my Custom CSS for both Sites is exactly the same.

I used Inspect element and I see a difference in the divs but I can’t figure out why.

Can you please let me know what the issue is.
