    Are you wanting the text to be the same color on only your blog posts, or do you want your heading and body of the same classes to appear the same site wide?

    If you can link to a blog post, I’ll come up with the correct CSS to do either.

    I don’t believe that this is built into the functionality of the theme, though I was able to find some plugins that should be able to do it for you.

    Just note that they are not extremely widely used. The few ratings they do have indicates that they get the job done, but don’t be too surprised if they end up not working.

    or this should work.

    Hi,
    I have checked my site on Ipad Air 2 and Ipad mini 2 and there is a header issue only on landscape view.
    Here is a screenshot of Ipad Air, image link

    The nav-button is to low in the header, it should be leveled with the logo. I have tried to move the nav-button higher, but then when the header is shrinked the nav-button is to hight.
    I have also tried to shrink the header with css but I is not working.
    I will send you my wd info in next post, thanks Gabi

    Hi, my website is http://www.iscsoftware.com. I’d like to replace the buttons (currently light blue jpeg images that say “go to web page”) on the homepage with the buttons generated by your theme. Unfortunately, I used beaver builder light as my drag and drop page builder, and this is one of the areas where it seems to conflict with your theme.

    I can add the following shortcode and get exactly the button effect that I want.

    <p style=”text-align: center;”>[btn text=”Learn More” tcolor=”#fffffff” bcolor=”#1c5179″ thovercolor=”#fffffff” bhovercolor=”#223649″ size=”small” font=”h1-family”]</p>

    But the problem occurs when I try to add the html to link to the page to which the button should send visitors. I have tried using the “insert/edit link” command in the visual editor, and it doesn’t link to the page. I have tried to manually add the link in the text editor, and it doesn’t work, either.
    Example:
    <p style=”text-align: center;”>[btn text=”Learn More” tcolor=”#fffffff” bcolor=”#1c5179″ thovercolor=”#fffffff” bhovercolor=”#223649″ size=”small” font=”h1-family”]</p>

    Am I doing something that’s obviously wrong?

    Or is there another way I could do this, perhaps through html and css? If so, can you give me the html and css to properly style the buttons?

    Thank you,

    Laura

    Hi, the site I’m working on is http://www.iscsoftware.com. I have created a footer with menus arranged in columns, and one acts totally different than the others. I would like the menu that is on the bottom right of the footer (privacy policy, demonstration request, documentation, devops, contact) to have the same active font color (#ffffff) and background hover color (#223649) as the other menus, yet I can’t seem to find anymore what controls this setting or where it is. Can you help point me in the right direction?

    Thanks,

    Laura

    Yeah I can see it on the site? Why do you think there is not mobile navigation?
    You can certainly make it more visible by changing the mobile navigation color in your theme options > menu settings.

    Hey,

    For some reason my website its only loading the header when you view it from a proxy. Same thing when I use the site GTmetrix to test the speed, its only testing the header of the site as you can see here…

    Not sure if it has to do with cloudfare or what

    #83712

    Ben, this is for my home page, and all the other pages on the site.

    Hannah, thank you very much, with just a little tweaking, what you sent me worked perfectly on the home page (and most of the way on the other pages). Here’s the code I ended up with:

    @media (min-width: 992px) {
    .home .cycloneslider-template-standard .cycloneslider-slide img {
        padding-top: 80px;
    }
    .admin-bar.stickyheader #kad-banner {
        background: #ffffff;
    }
    }

    Ben, thanks for asking about the other pages. What happens is, I have the transparent header enabled on the other pages, and if I have it show the page name in the header, then everything works correctly. But, I don’t want to show the page name. But when I set it to hide the page name, then the transparent header stops being used. Is there a way to get the transparent header on these other pages, without showing the page name in the header?

    Thanks,
    Ben

    #83705

    I certainly see 80 taking effect.. and I changed to 1 and it totally changed.. are you sure your looking at the padding setting?

    If you want more then you can use css:

    #wrapper .kt-call-sitewide-to-action {
        padding-top: 180px;
        padding-bottom: 180px;
    }

    Hey,
    There are many many ways to offer payment. See here for some of the extensions: https://www.woothemes.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/

    It all depends what 3rd party payment gateway you want to use. For example paypal is a third party payment gateway. Once you choose the gateway you can then get the woo-commerce extension and set up for that payment option.

    You can use a site like this to post screen shots: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/

    #83673

    You can here: http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

    Full explanation:
    You don’t get a activation code when using the slider through a theme license. When you purchased a theme you got access to use the plugin on one site through the themes license. This is separate from direct licensing from the plugin authors and there has always been a way for you to enter a purchase code if you wanted direct support and updates from the plugin authors (on previous versions of the slider it was hidden by default).

    Recently the revolution slider plugin authors have made a push to offer some special things if you get a license directly from them. Things like direct updates from them instead of having to get updates as the theme updates. and direct support from them, they also started offering some demo sliders that they are calling “premium templates” and this is just a quick way to add some demo sliders that you can copy into your site. These are only accessible if you purchase directly from them. But you can download demos here for free: http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

    Hey Josiane,

    oh yeah that fine those are only internal images for the options.. they would be replaced with the next update anyway and have no effect on the front of your site.

    In reply to: Questions about videos

    #83659

    1. Your hosting it… The video is 84.3 MB.. You really want the total size of your site to be less then 2mb… You really should not host a video, services like youtube, vimeo are going to load a million times faster and more compressed then anything you could do on you own site.

    2. You can center with css like this:

    .home .wp-video {
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    3. Place the video code into the video embed code area for the theme options > home slider.

    Hi, I’m dealing with this too. I put a hero image revolution slider in page builder revolution widget. The row is full width stretched. When I reload the page everything looks good but when I resize the page the slider image and text below move left with a white space on the right side of the window.

    Can you help? Thanks!

    #83636

    You’ll probably be fine using that for caching until we hear from the developer about what to do next. Your site looks great on my end now, so if you’re ok with using that plugin in the mean time, it shouldn’t be terribly long before we hear from Ben.

    #83626

    Thanks Kevin for the quick reply.

    I am still unable to access the page, I do realize the site speed is slow and we are working with W3 Total cache. For the same page if I do not use the ‘Blog’ template and instead use the short code on the page, it works. But I am not looking for this layout.

    So could you please access the page again now and let me know what your analysis is?

    https://zubels.com/recent-reviews/

    note: please clear any cache if needed

    Thanks,
    Sami

    #83622

    Hi Kevin, thanks for replying. Yes it was recommended ages ago and ive never had any problems with it, so I wounded what was going on.

    My site is http://www.tuscanyvillages.com. I quickly had to use another cache plugin today as it was suddenly too slow without one. I’m using WP Super Cache but i’m not sure if thats any good in the long run.

    Can you see any issues? I could try again the W3 total cache.

    Thanks,
    Susan
