Hello! Your page is loading fine for me now, but when I first tried to view it, I got the 500 error code. I believe this has to do with your page timing out when my browser is trying to load it.

If you haven’t already, I highly recommend a full read through of this tutorial. It outlines how to get optimal speed out of your site, and you’ll surely learn a lot from it.

I would venture to bet that if you optimize your site following this guide, your problem will be resolved and your website will load much faster in general

Btw I accidentally compress the themes images using the EWWWW plugin, will that have negative effect on the theme?

Hello Susan! There are no issues that I’m aware of between the thee and the plugin We actually highly recommend that plugin for our customers.

So you can’t add a blog loop inside of a blog post. that causes errors because wordpress can’t do that. If your adding pagebuilder to a post what widgets area you adding?

Also I see no link to your site?

Hi there.
I have tried to update woocommerece templates twice in the last few days and both times I have had to re-set my site due to the catalogue images disappearing. I am needing your help with this please. I have viewed tutorials on the subject over a few times nut something seems to be going wrong.

I can supply links to my site login and my host platform if you need them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have tried this a few times.

Hi, I built a simple site using the Virtue theme, and it has been working fine for a few weeks. This morning I noticed that the home slider and the images menus are suddenly taking an unusually long time to load. The images are all optimized and were loading fine before today.

I haven’t added any plugins for over a week, so probably not a conflict. I scanned the site with WordFence and found no problems. Any suggestions?

Yes, you won’t ever get another language working if your forcing an override there in your config.php file.

That file is in the base folder for your site. If you don’t have permissions to edit then you need to contact your host. They can help you.

So your server doesn’t seem to be able to run ajax, this is likely an issue with your hosting. Specifically in the server settings and php settings.

I suggest starting by going to woocommerce > settings > products and turning off the ajax add to cart.

That will get your site working. Then you need to contact your host. Have then look at your error logs and see why woocommerce ajax can’t run. Could have to do with the servers mod security settings too.

1- i dont want to have add to cart in my shop page how i can remove it ?
2- i made a shadow on hover of my products but it make it separately i want the shadow to display on wole (on hover)
3- i want my list view on mobile devises to be like on pc, like http://www.ebay.com in mobile vertion to display morethan 3 products under each other
4- i dont want to have short description in my all website
5- the products of shop page i want the product name to just display one line if it was longer make 3 dots at the end
6- how i can have condition of my products like new and used
7- how to do not display topbar widget area in mobile version
8- i have social links in topbar widget area i want them to have their color and in hover a few brighter color

i will be so thankful if u answer my questions

You’ll want to increase the amount of top and bottom padding for the call to action. You’ll find the option for this in the same place that you created the call to action.

You might need to use some CSS to get it lined up in the center. Can you post a link to your site?

Just right now I discovered that due to this number site navigation doesn’t work on small devices as iPad and iPhone.

So, I have to restore settings to the original one. Problem is that I don’t know how to remove 772 335-7017. It is not in widget section at all.

Is there a problem with the w3cache with the pinnacle theme? I ran into a few http errors and my site was down, so I deactivated it in order for my site to be up. I diativated it, deleted it, my site was back up immediately. Then I installed it again, activated it and my site went back down. This all started lastnight.
