I have the site set to english right now, because i work in english. But when I change the language still nothing appeard.
So when i am in my file manager folder, and i search for WPLANG nothing turns up. I can find the wp-config.php file by searching, but i can´t open it, which is a problem when i have to delete the WPLANG from the wp-config. How do i “remove” this WPLANG?
Is it just this marked area i should delete? photo

    #83493

    Hi Ben,

Please take a look at this link:
    Link to the website

I have added a 3D animation for my logo in the sidebar.

How do I replace my logo in the primary logo loction (header section) with this animated logo?

    Thank you very much,
    Jay

    HI Hannah,

    Thanks for your reply.
However page builder doesn’t seem to work on a static front page, it works fine on other pages.

I also tried using the home widget area in the layout builder widget, but that won’t work for me as i already have a carousel activated there. So is it possible to add 2 home widget areas?

I also attempted the sitewide footer, but it does not give me the option of making parallax. Can i make it Parallax?

    Thanks
    Jay

I’m making the site for a client and it’s not publicly visible right now, so it would be a real pain to make it so you can look at it. Let me see if this would help:

If you look at the Pinnacle Premium demo on your site: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/

What I want to do is make the slider not be placed behind the menu header (so the top of the slider is up against the bottom of the menu header), but I still want to otherwise keep the menu header behaving exactly the same as it does there in the demo (changing color and shrinking when the page is scrolled down).

More precisely, I don’t need to change the color of the menu text when the header shrinks; all I really want to do is change the logo image to a different logo image when the header shrinks, which it does not currently allow if I disable “Place behind Header”. Currently if I do that it just uses the same logo image when the header shrinks.

Is there some easy way to do this with some CSS or editing code somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Ben

    Hi,

I have the ‘Hover and Active Font colour’ setting of my website set to a blue shade.

    My menu structure is:

    Home
    Portfolio
    -Portfolio item1
    -Portfolio item2
    CV
    Contact

The active colour is displaying correctly when viewing the Home, Portfolio, CV and Contact pages however, when I view a portfolio item, the ‘Portfolio’ menu item is white rather than blue.

How do I have ‘Portfolio’ displayed as the active colour when a portfolio item is being viewed? Hope that makes sense.

You can see what I mean at http://www.markthornton.co.uk

    Thank you

    Hi Emilio,
I’m not sure I’m following. Also looks like your link did not go through. Could you post a link to your site?
You can edit your cart settings from Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout. Is that what you need?

    Hi Michael,
Have you tried re-saving your permalinks (Settings > Permalinks)? Can you post a link to your site?

    Hi

My site is http://www.wellfedfood.com. On this page: – when I first load the page there are big gaps between each line (i.e. each day’s lunches). If you change the size of the window (so that the responsive widgets re-size) then the gaps are removed, even when you maximise the window again, but I can’t stop gaps appearing when the page is first loaded.

    Thanks

    Ed

    Hey Perfect Theme Peeps!

More site tweeks in progress. I’ve moved my primary menu into the Top Bar, but no longer seem to be able to influence how it looks.

It is showing as 12px through Inspect Elements, which is a tad too small.

I’ve tried adjusting Menu Settings in Theme Options, but it doesn’t change the font size (*or font tsyle, for that matter.)

Am I missiong something? Or does it require some of your CSS Magic?

    Thanks in advance guys!

    Hello,

So I’ve been trying to upload pictures to the WooCommerce store on my site which is using the Virtue Premium theme. I saw a previous post in which it was stated that most of the pictures in the Virtue demo were 1200x1200px. Here is where my problems start. If I add a picture that is 1200px in height the image gets cut off when looking at it in the site. If I click on the picture in the admin site under the media tab it looks fine, but once you post it, it gets cut off in the actual site. I then decided to try to shrink the image. I tried a 700×800 sized picture and if the image reaches near the border it gets cut off when uploaded. To fix this I used a photo editing software to shrink the layer of the image down. The height of the item is under 700px on a white background. This allows the item to completely show but it causes a noticeable blur when viewing the image in the store. If you click on the image you can see it clearly. I don’t know if this is a WooCommerce issue, a theme issue, or a user issue. Also, sorry if I didn’t make much sense.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I assume you are in the slider revolution? What browser are you using?

Have you tried deactivating other plugins? could be that one is causing a javascript issue on your site.

From a different post but same question:

You don’t get a activation code when using the slider through a theme license. When you purchased a theme you got access to use the plugin on one site through the themes license. This is separate from direct licensing from the plugin authors and there has always been a way for you to enter a purchase code if you wanted direct support and updates from the plugin authors (on previous versions of the slider it was hidden by default).

Recently the revolution slider plugin authors have made a push to offer some special things if you get a license directly from them. Things like direct updates from them instead of having to get updates as the theme updates. and direct support from them, they also started offering some demo sliders that they are calling “premium templates” and this is just a quick way to add some demo sliders that you can copy into your site. These are only accessible if you purchase directly from them. But you can download demos here for free: http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

“meaning that translators would think that these can be translated” – yes they would be able to be translated. We are talking about 3 strings in the theme that are exact from woocommerce… Thats it. It’s not like the theme has a ton of these. Not a lot of work to translate regardless.

I think I am going to make then all virtue text domains, then add an option in the theme options > language settings just for “you may also like” since there are many english sites that would want to change that.

Well first off looks like you have WPLANG in your config.. and you have the site set to english??? That would be why nothing is working. Please remove that from your wp-config file and set your language from the general settings.

There is a big warning in your dashboard showing this as soon as you click on loco translate:
Warning: WPLANG is deprecated and should be removed from wp-config.php
