Hey Ben,

I have an odd thing happening with the button on the Kadence Slider. You had given me a CSS to get rid of the border around the button and it worked on another site, but isn’t working on the site I am presently building. Are you able to take a look and see what I might be doing wrong? It would be much aprechiated.

Also, I would like to make the buttons on the Kadence Slider open in a new window – is that possible?

Thanks for trying, but this didn’t affect the iPad and made a mess on the PC.
Is it not possible just to stop the mobile menu being brought in above about 740px? I’m not familiar enough with responsive design or WP to know.

As far as the scrolling goes, I don’t think it’ss the gallery, as if you visit http://www.loverslights.com/lights/shades-of-white-and-clear-to-black/ the same applies. That page has one row, split 50/50 each half with a SiteOrigin editor. The left has a Kadence slider shortcode, the right just text and an image.
This only affects scrolling when the mobile menu comes in. If you make the browser windo a touch wider, to get the menu, then scrolling is fine.

My site was updated to the last version of WP 4.4.2 and it is not working properly. I updated the theme (Virtue) to its last version, same with WC, but still doesn’t work – pictures are not shown and look like they are broken, can anyone help?

Hey Virtue peeps.

So a few days ago, i tried to start using the Home Mobile Slider for a couple of images at the top of the page. However, each time i added a new picture, it wouldn’t register on the page, and only one would show up. So I ended up deleting all the images and just turning the function off on mobile.

However, today I check my site on mobile, and the slider is still there. Excpt the formatting is completely screwed.You can see teh screen shot here.

I’ve double checked. The function is turned off, and there were no photos left there. the site and the theme is up to date. Not sure what I should be doing to solve this issue.

But this only happens only on mobile. I’ve cleared cache, but no change.

Originally, I had the option set to ‘off’, so no slider ever appeared on mobile. Then i wanted to test how it would look with a few images, so turned on and added two. But the formatting was all wrong (one of the two images missing, words wrong size) so i just turned it off.

But even after turning off and deleting the mobile version photos, the slider remains, and so does one of the photos.

I also tried turning off the main homepage slider (desktop version) which made the desktop version disappear, but the mobile glitch still stayed.

Hi, Sorry to dig up an older post. I was also trying to add extra columns on my home page blog display.

I followed the advice above (Or you can set the home page to be your “post page” in the settings > reading. Then in your theme options > home layout. enabled “page content” and not “latest posts” Then at the bottom of your theme options > home layout set the blog style to grid with three columns.) and everyting seemed to work great. I had my test revolution slider in place and my test blog posts below it in 4 columns.

However now my home page menu button as pointing to a blank page – the only way to get back to this ‘front page’ is by clicking thr sight title – is there any way to set this front page as my home page for menu puposes?
