Hello,

all over the theme (Home an every other site) appear a small stroke under the titel.
Is it possible to change it in any way, (colour, lenght, and especially the distance to the title; or replace it with a other Content? (for example stroke with Symbol)

Hey guys,
You can test your page speed here- http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/
I would suggest a caching plugin. We like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache. Compressing your images can also make a huge difference.
Let me know if the response time doesn’t change.

I have some experience with wordpress and specifically one theme I am familiar with. I am helping out this company Baldron.org with their webshop site that is a mess. Both use your themes, and they are not sure (nor I) how to get categories at the top in a clean and nice fashion. They have dozens of subcategories. I am hoping to see on the home page 8 photos of the categories like you see when you click one of the links on their site.

For example, when you click Helse as one main category I see ..yet in a semi jumbled fashion, all the main categories within Helse. And a nice photo and number showing how many PRODUCTS ARE within that category.

Do you offer phone support to help me quickly get their site back functional? It has all things checked out but the site is VERY SLOW…is it from too many products or maybe needing an updated version of the theme?

Hey,
1. Make sure you’re adding your title to the actual title tab of your post, don’t just add it into the content area. Does that make sense?

3. Are you still talking about the footer? I’m not really sure what part of that site you’re referring to, sorry. Can you be more specific?

I am also wanting to see how to get our categories on the top of the home page and photos to show the visual of these categories. I am a new intern here but the webshop is really really slow, and the categories are now sort of jumbled words. (this theme is used on the site itself and the webshop linked to the site. Help!

I want the protfolio navigation (prev/next) to be visible on all portfolio posts…
Bu I can’t seem to do this with the theme preferences – even tho’ I have checked and unchecked the oiptions in the theme preferences many times, and all my portfolioitems are set to display “default” options.
Can you see what is wrong?

2) Is it possible to display the portfolionavigation (prev/next) in the portfolio desscription (text area).
Or below the portfolio – like in the single blog post setup?
So the navigation has the same logic on both blog and portfolio pages…

Where do I control its size, please? Because of its orange text colour I assume that it’s one of the Header Font Options, but none of these mentions posts. Do I need some custom css?

I followed the instructions for the initial installation, and I keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error

“Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

Please let me know what I did wrong and more importantly, how I get my website back up and running. I was trying to upgrade from the free to the paid version of the theme.

I’m using a logo in a small portion of my header, the rest is dedicated to the header widget which contains a pair of addresses and a slideshow. The slideshow is right justified but I don’t want any white space above, below, or to the right. I can’t seem to eliminate a thin with line along the bottom and to the right. Here’s the CSS I’m using in the Advanced Settings tab:

Hi Ben,
In my last mail I said that this will be my last call for help. This is it. I have figured out that what was the issue. I have learned a lot by searching through various forums.
My error log file was swelled to huge size because of a plugin error (SEO Wizard). After taking care of that file my home page became alive. Still there is a small issue which I had mentioned in my last mail it is about Vitrue short code which is not working properly. But I can live with it. Siteorigin page builder is now working perfectly. I appreciate the help you and Hannah had extended to me related to this issue.

On my topbar I put just an mobil icon just to show my mibl phone call ( have a look )
I really dont know how to to manage your tools in order to have a good view on the smartphone

I want my menu to fit to the left and right site of my screen on screens like ipads and phones.

I think that this custom css should fix it but it wont go through the old css keeps overruling also when i write !important.

And i want my menu to fit like this.
