Hi Ben,

For some reason the website I am working on myfuturepc.com, the homepage is misaligned on mobile devices. When I access the site on my iPhone there is a white gap between the content and the right-side of the screen. I disabled the child theme and flushed the cache and I still see the gap. Why do you think this is happening?

The Testimonials form does not appear to be sending – there are no comments available after post. Also there are three administrators for the site – which one should receive the email? (this isn’t happening either)

sorry to be annoying Hannah and Ben, I’m a beginner and this is all new to me.I added a sidebar through home layout but it hasn’t changed anything. Sorry to be annoying

This is what our current site looks like when people visit from their phone or ipad with simple buttons to select options. Is this something that I can set up on this site with your theme?

Thank you Hannah and Ben. I tried to activate the Premium theme and still get the same message. It looks like WooCommerce has a major update, so I wll back up everything and see if that has anything to do with it. Also, I’ll try deactivating the plugins when the site has little/no traffic. Will update the ticket here as soon as I try those things.

Wanted to let you know that I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do with the Post Loop widget mid-page. Yeah, no pagination stinks (that’s the kind of stuff needed to build things truly “right” IMO. We should be able to paginate (or allow to grow) any section on the site independently and more than one section on the same page. Just something for you guys to think about going forward, and just my opinion. (Overall, great product!) I’m just solving it now by adding a manual more… link at the bottom of the list and linking to a blog page that just contains the paginated archives.

You still may want to look into the malfunctioning shortcode I mentioned above though.

Hey,
If you are talking about menu items. Those would need to make changed in the apperance > menu page. Menu items don’t translate directly to pages on your site.

Can you post a link to where you are having an issue I can help further explain.

Icons do not display and the wrong font displays in IE / Internet Explorer 11. These same issues occur when I load your demo site into Internet Explorer.

Hey, You can go to theme options > site header. In your transparent header options make the bottom border transparent instead of white.

1. Im trying to “change products on sale” to just “products” and also what if i want to get rid of featured projects or just rename them?

2. I made a product and it shows up in the menu for “shop” but what if i want this item to generate in other parts of my website to be bought at? I want to put this product in more places than just in the shop

“Are there any situation (like blogs, or blog archives) that this won’t work for?” – What do you mean? Are you wanting to add a parallax item on every page? You won’t really be able to add page-builder items to archive pages. If your wanting a sitewide call to action you can use the theme options > footer settings.

Thanks for the reply and info. I checked out the links, and I think I understand what you are saying, although I’m not sure where I would choose “background size:cover” or “background size:contain” options in this case. The problem is really only with mobile vertical (tall/skinny) format. In the horizontal format the images size properly. Anyway, I ditched the mobile slider options to get rid of the 2nd slider below the main. It seems like what it just comes down to with this site style 4 layout is to carefully pick images that have the important content in the center so that, that is what will still be visible on mobile. I did add the css you suggested, but don’t see any difference.
(BTW Ben, just a heads up, I sent you an email with an off topic question)

Hi Paul,

Thanks a lot, this was very helpful. Although I haven’t customized any functions but only language, so I kept the functions.php empty. This ended up in loading the site but with some features missing.

Do you have any idea for that as well?

I would like the Exhibition title and date all in the same box at the bottom of the picture.
Just like the way portfolio posts are styled.

A lot of my images will be portraits, so the opacity block and title don’t work for me at the top of image

About a year ago when we did set up our webshop first time you kindly sent us a css code to hide the price and product name on the main page. We show a product grid (filtered by category) there and want to make it look nice… On any other category page we want to display it, though.

Due to any reason (maybe updates?) this code is gone now.
