Hi Ben,
Thanks again for the above css solutions, highly appreciate that, i have another problem that i cannot align center the images of the portfolio featured images of the pages, in the Home Portfolio Full Settings sections (you can see that in my website awards section).there are only two images to be align center(those are the featured images of the portfolio pages). can you please send me the css code for that.

Hi, Thanks, the newest version is now in my account, but I thought I would give the update another try after making a few changes in php.ini. Even though I made a few changes, I still cant update normally.
I changed the following in the file: /apache2.4.17/bin/php.ini:
it was =120 , I changed to: max_execution_time = 300
it was =128M, I changed to: memory_limit = 256M
it was =8M , I changed to: post_max_size = 64M
it was =2M , I changed to: upload_max_filesize = 64M
it was =20 , I changed to: max_file_uploads = 100
I also changed in the multisite superadmin dashboad in the network settings the Max Upload File Size from 1500 K to: Max upload file size 8000 K.

I am having the same problem doing the upgrade, it gives me the error message; at least this time the new version of Pinnacle got downloaded in the folder wp-content > upgrade > download-y70klo. So I just copied the files in that download-y70klo folder to the wp-content > themes > pinnacle_premium folder. And now all is OK.
Would you know if there are other files or other settings I should have changed, or other values?

Yeah I have cleared the caching and the minify settings are on. I also tried it with database caching on and off.

I ended up reinstalling everything on a test site and didn’t run into any issues. I’m still new to WordPress so I don’t think I installed everything correctly. I think the best step for me to take is to reinstall my site and start from scratch. Thanks for all your help!

Hi,
I’m using Virtue Premium.

I’ve noticed that the site I’m putting together jumps as it loads and I’m wondering if it’s the Topbar showing and then going as it is disabled in the settings. I did have a widget there for a while which I decided to remove but I wonder if I’ve left some code somewhere that might be causing it? I can’t spot any though…

Also is it possible to put a box around portfolio images so that there is a white background behind the image with a dark grey fine border – clients request!

Lastly, I’m using the secondary menu and wondered how I can keep the active menu option the same colour as the rest of the menu bar but that the text just changes colour when you hover over it? (So that the whole bar remains purple with white text but the menu item text only changes colour when hovered over).

Just upgraded to Premium for all the extra flexibility it offers, but now my topbar menu is broken. It works fine in mobile, but not on my mac or macbook. Any ideas?

I am also struggling a bit with the menus on this theme since they show up in many ways and I can’t seem to turn them off where I don’t wh=ant them and on where I do.

The memory limit of my site is 256m (http://artshelvez.com)
The Page Builder do not work at home page. It works perfectly on other than home page.
I have 2 other sites on shared hosting. The page builder works fine on them.
As I mentioned earlier when I activate page builder it gives white page for home page.

Ok, did you see how this works fine on the theme demo?

On your site everytime there is “There was a problem with the request. Please try again later.”
My guess is with permissions on your server or something on your server blocking these files from being loaded properly for google. Have you contacted your host?

There is nothing inside the theme that would do this and you can test on the demo sites or anyone else’s site posted on these forums google isn’t blocked. It’s something specific to your setup. Which makes it best to contact your host.

Ok no I can’t speak for siteorigin but the themes form doesn’t log submissions other then of course sending the email. Your server may log all email sent but there isn’t any extra logging.

What are you wanting to add?
I see this in the site you linked it and it’s working fine. I don’t understand why your adding it but it’s adding a padding to the top of your first footer widget column.

Either manually or you can add a testimonial form that would allow people to create a testimonial post.

You can add a form by clicking the virtue shortcodes button.

Hi,
I would like to remove the product prices from showing in the search engine results. My website has products with list prices which are governed by the manufacturers I need people to click on the page to realise they need to ring me for a better price. Therefore, I do not want google et al showing the price which may put customers off clicking the link.

Is there a way to remove the price from displaying in the search results? I’m using woocommerce by the way.

and for got to ask can you please send me the css code to show the title of show full-portfolio title , i just need to show the title of the full-portfolio section , i have successfully disable the home portfolio section by using the code ( where i have 6 picures in my website)

Hi There,

The link hover effect is working fine on all the main body text throughout the site but does not work in the sidebars so all the links within the side bars
look static when you hover over them with the mouse, i.e they stay the same colour.

Any ideas please?

Hi Hannah,

Thanks alot , the code really worked. there are another two things i need to clarify with you
1. when you see my website you can see that the padding after the slides , the gap is more so i need to find out is their any css code to reduce the gap between the slides and the wordings” Elegance that never fades”.
2.i need to add the titles in words under the 6 pictures(bottom of each images) as you can see in my website ( those six images i have done using Portfolio Carousel )
