January 10, 2016 at 2:02 pm #75111Hey,
Can’t speak to a backup. If it failed I would recommend you get help from your host. They can help to get your site back up and running.What errors is your host telling are showing in the php error logs?
The error your showing comes from WP SEO plugin your using. you can remove that plugin.

January 10, 2016 at 1:50 pm #75105Hey,
I’m not seeing this on your site?
One thing that could happen if you set a background for the header. When you open the mobile menu that increases the size of the header thus forcing any background image to stretch and fill the area. See here about background image sizing: https://www.kadencewp.com/background-image-sizing/but I’m not seeing any zooming in the header?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Revolution Slider
January 10, 2016 at 1:26 pm #75094You don’t get a activation code when using the slider through a theme license. When you purchased a theme you got access to use the plugin on one site through the themes license. This is separate from direct licensing from the plugin authors and there has always been a way for you to enter a purchase code if you wanted direct support and updates from the plugin authors (on previous versions of the slider it was hidden by default).
Recently the revolution slider plugin authors have made a push to offer some special things if you get a license directly from them. Things like direct updates from them instead of having to get updates as the theme updates. and direct support from them, they also started offering some demo sliders that they are calling “premium templates” and this is just a quick way to add some demo sliders that you can copy into your site. These are only accessible if you purchase directly from them. But you can download demos here for free: http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

You wrote: “nothing showing up at all when I click on Testimonials from the left side of the dashboard” – meaning you were not using the testimonial form.I didn’t look at your site. thats why I wrote “based on what your saying”

Hey Gary,
You can test your site here- http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/xQuCL/http://www.groomsring.com
Did you make any changes last night that may have caused this? Have you try deactivating your plugins to test? I would also suggest compressing your images.Hannah

In forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 10, 2016 at 10:00 am #75065Hello,
Hope the Kadence Team is doing well!
I have just put together a new website and I have a few issues with mobile responsiveness. On the HOME and OUR WEDDING pages, the first consists of a visual editor with centered text and a full-width background image.
Problem 1: On Desktop, when I drag and resize the page, it focuses on the Top/Left side of the image. I have it set to “center-center” on the row details, and I would like it to resize to the center of the image.
Problem 2: I suspect this ties into Problem 1… you only see the left side of the images on the mobile sites. I would rather have it focus on the middle- even if that cuts out the models.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please find attached image for reference: *Login to see link Website is: http://www.MeetTheSantinis.com
Thanks!

In forum: Virtue ThemeNo. UM access has a url exception field which I put in January event detail url to have it accessible. Don’t want to have to do that for every event detail. Any ideas?
For now, I went back into the UM access and changed the restriction from logged in users to everyone. that way all pages are accessible to anyone. The clients are trying to decide whether to keep the restrictions for some pages or open the entire website to anyone.
If they decide to stay with access restrictions for some pages, any ideas on how to allow for access to anyone for calendar details. Calendar will remain open to anyone and want event details to be open also.
Either way the login/register page will stay active I believe.
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Google fetch error
Hi there
I have suddenly received Google Crawl Fetch Errors on ALL my websites! I’m at a loss as to why suddenly all my websites are affected – have any changes to the theme been made which could cause these? The only other thing all websites have in common is Yoast as each website has different plug insMany thanks in advance.

Hi Hannah I contacted the hosting people, they seem to think I should be contacting woocommerce as there are specific error codes showing in certain lines of various php template code, trouble is I can’t remember if they give support free? I do have one purchased plugin with them though. I am going to uninstall and reinstall woocommerce, but I’m worried what the implications are for the site I.e. do I lose certain things by doing this?

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Ben,
As of last night, my site has become very, very slow. Even the back-end dash takes a lot of time to load for every command. I’ve checked all of the plugins individually and I’ve also called our hosts (GoDaddy) who say it’s either a plugin or from the theme, but nothing I do seems to work. I hope you can help, please. The url is, http://www.groomsring.com
Thank you,

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Adding custom icon/image to primary menu
January 9, 2016 at 12:18 pm #74975Hello,
I used this css to reduce the padding:
.sf-menu a {
padding: 1px 1px;
}
But can I make it 0? as it doesn’t seem to work so that there’s absolutely no space/gap between them.Is there also a way I could hide the title? As when I remove the title in appearance/menus – it deleted the whole item, I just want the image/custom icon and no words – if that makes sense.
Have moved to a different dummy site so you can see the progress here:
