In reply to: "Return To Shop" not working with empty cart
Here is the styling for the button to match the rest of the website.
.cart .entry-content .wc-backward { background-color: #FFA500; border-radius: 4px; color: #444 border-top: 1px solid #D4A83D; border-right: 1px solid #D4A83D; border-bottom: 1px solid #D4A83D; border-left: 1px solid #D4A83D; }I’m not sure why your button isn’t working, but I’m attempting to figure that out as well.

How do I tune the “Return To Shop” colored rectangle into an Orange button to match my site.

It really shouldn’t matter what resolution your displaying the page on as long as you have the settings set to what you want through the menu. I would try clearing your cache as well as disabling various plugins to see if anything is interfering on that end, if you haven’t already tried that. I’ll keep messing around with my demo sites to see if I can replicate the issue.
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Custom Navigation Menu
January 6, 2016 at 12:19 pm #74313Hi! I am using a membership plugin on my site and I would like to show a navigation menu for members different from non-members. I have been given the block code I’d be needing to make this happen. I will have to “change the block of code in my theme that is displaying your navigation menu” and I would like to know where this block code is located. Which .php file?
Please refer to Step 5 on this page.

January 6, 2016 at 10:39 am #742901. Sorry I was just changing your class #Red means nothing…
.price { color: RED; }2. in your theme options > shop settings do you have the theme crop turned off for the product pages?
3. I don’t know what that means? What does your menu have to do with the to the top icon?
4. Where? What page? I see it working fine on your home page?
5. You want all those images so the site can deliver whats needed based on screen and use.

PiotrIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Virtue: Social Links 500px?
January 6, 2016 at 4:37 am #74236Hi.
I’ve been using the Virtue theme for quite some time now, and I’m very pleased with it. There is just one thing I’m missing that is the ability to link to my 500px site from the Social Links widget. Is this something that is planned for future updates?
Thanks in advance.

January 6, 2016 at 12:43 am #74217The second site doesn’t even pass.
If your worried about tricking the w3 into passing thats an option but I would suggest just ignoring.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi there,
I’ve been working on my site and have tried to find a solution, but can’t figure it out. I’ve also searched the forums but can’t seem to find answers to these three questions. I confess – I’m brand new to wp.org but I have gone through all the tutorials. Just learning the ropes.
(1) My primary menu bar at top has a white background where the menu items are. The rest of the background is my site’s color. I tried to choose transparent in the both site header and home slider, but I can’t seem to make any changes. I have looked all over to try to get rid of the big white block. You can see it here: http://www.wetapestry.com. It is also showing up on my other pages.
(2) If you look at my about page, you will see the layout is very strange. When I switched from free to premium, I lost my margins and the photo seemed to grow. I know I can shrink my photo, but what about the margins?
(3) My site loads very awkwardly and not at one time. I didn’t have this problem in the free version. Do I need to get rid of some things on the back end of WP to change this, contact my host (Bluehost ) to resolve the issue, or is it something that can be resolved in the theme itself?
Appreciate your patience with this learner. Thank you for any help you can provide!

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: menus get mixed up
Hi Ben,
I have the following problem.
Please take a look at : *Login to see link This is the subdomain/directory I have created for my business directory.
When I click on “Manage Listing” in the secondary menu, it goes to the home page of my main site ( *Login to see link ) which is not what I want.
Can you please look into it and let me know what the issue is.
Thank you,
JayIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: validating my website
Hi Ben,
I just asked you because I would like to create some website for municipalities and I saw that almost all have at the bottom the logo W3C validate even I suppose it’s a fake.
That’s why I asked you to explain me these warnings and errors.
If you visit these links you see at the end the W3C xhtml logo

January 5, 2016 at 1:08 pm #74126scoped – not used yet. Validator doesn’t care whats actually being used by browsers or not. You can ignore. Validator is a tool but has no bearing on your sites actual ranking with search engines.
“Element style not allowed as child of element header in this context” – This is known, and it’s not an “error” that will effect anything validator likes for all your styles to be in the head. You can not use the button shortcode and instead just add a link but the button shortcode lets you control the hover colors and thus style is needed.
“Bad value search for attribute role on element form.” – that is incorrect. Even wordpress core has role search. As I said validator is a tool for developers but it’s still just a computer and not close to be correct.
Try running “http://amazon.com” through it and you’ll see what I mean.
Ben
