    Hi,

    After an update of the theme and some plugins, I can’t add featured images for new products.

    Also this is the error I receive:

    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.r

    Hello,

    I am running virtue premium 3.4.3 & updated to all recent versions of Woo Commerce & WordPress. When I go to my site now, the home page & shop page are completely blank. I have no idea how to fix this issue. Can you please kindly assist? Thank you

    Hey Samuel,

    If I chose to stick GENERAL in the header , it is not reduced when you scroll .

    What do you mean by general? Are you able to post a link to your own site?

    I went to and tried to validate my website the result shows some warnings and errors I suppose related to the theme.
    Can you check it because my knowledge isn’t enough to understand it.

    Hi Ben,

    Turning off select2 solves the issue. Great!

    I suppose you don’t need the link anymore, I am testing and changing a lot.
    But if you need it I could set up a testsite showing the error.

    The code I added to my post contains info of my real site, it would be better to wipe out that part.

    I would need to see your product settings to be able to tell you what the issue is, I can tell you that this site is using the theme with th download link and I’m not doing anything special just using the product settings.

    You can post “Set as private reply” with a login and I would be happy to take a look.

    Hi am trying to instal the woocommerce function on my wordpress site utilising the download file function and the file has been uploaded, the payment has all gone through to paypal, the receipt comes through but no download link is provided? I’ve tried many options but can’t see why I’m not getting the actual download option?

    Unfortunately Ben when going to make some adjustments later in the evening I noticed all the formatting was gone and upon investigating found the site had moved from the child theme to the parent virtue premium. When I switched it back to the child I immediately got the same error as above and had to delete the update and replace with the previous virtue version. Any other thoughts?

    If you use the built image gallery in WordPress, and then enable Virtue Galleries to override WordPress – the alt tags are no longer searchable. As you know, websites looking to maximize their SEO efforts need their alt tags.:-)

    Thanks Ben – I put the site in maintenance, switched out of my child theme to twentysixteen, then deleted the virtue premium theme (parent). I uploaded the zip file through the admin panel and the site loaded without an error and was perfect when I switched back over the child theme. Thanks for your fast help – this issue is resolved!

    I can create it within the Virtue Theme options, yet not in the preferred set up with Site Origin page builder.

    One last question for this project. This is a very simple site
    that doesn’t require search or menus on top.
    I did not set up a menu but it still shows a “no menu assigned” word on top
    I also couldn’t figure out where to turn off the search lupe

    Hey,
    So the issue I see is that your server it timing out. It’s not directly related to contact form7. If you deactivate page builder for example the site shows. Your issue is with the servers php settings. You need to contact your host and get your max memory increased.

    Hi,

    I am trying to redesign my website and my designer has given me a design This design has a menu item Signup in “green” and Login in “grey”. All others in white background. Is there a way I can achieve this in Virtue premium ? I know that each menu item has a CSS but where and how do I refer to this CSS. Is there an example you can share ?
