I tried to use a Prebuilt SiteOrigin widget and included a Hero image on my home page.
It worked just fine except that the image it is not responsive.
What am I doing wrong?

We have been running the Pinnacle theme with Contact form 7 for a few months since go-live. Today, we noticed our client’s homepage was blank for no reason. We deactivated all plugins and updated the theme and its bundled plugins and then started to reenable each plugin we had. Everytime we activated Contact form 7 (latest version in WordPress plugin repository), the homepage will be blank except for the header and logo. We realize this is a 3rd party plugin but can you provide some assistance what’s causing this? We do not have this issue on our other sites running Contact Form 7.

Pinnacle version currently running: 1.5.5

1. After the last theme update the price color modified and i can’t change it. I was using the next code in order to change it:

2. I am using this code

@media (min-width: 1000px) { .container { width: 1260px; }
in order to widen my website. There seems to be a problem though. In a product page like *Login to see link the image doesnt changhe its shape and it doesnt align in the page

3.If you sroll down the page you will notice an arrow on the right that helps you scroll back to the top of the page. I want to move it a little to the right.

Hello,
Earlier I was using the free version of Virtue. Now I am restructuring it with premium one. I have disabled the page builder plugin, site is working but unable to insert media and other contents in other pages too. 1. Yes, use the Kadence or Revolution slider for the home page. Even if it’s just one image both of those sliders have a “full screen” full height option that sizes the slider based on the screen size.
You set this in your theme otpjons > home slider area.

2. You don’t need to add any space to start with. If you don’t want to have a page title at all with no image then you can turn that off in your theme options > page title area.

3. I would suggest just making your header height smaller. since it’s not going to effect the height of your home slider. so making it the height you want based on the position from the top would be best.

4. Looks like you had jetpacks mobile theme activated. I deactivated for you.

5. Where are you wanting the mobile navigation to show up?
Where are you turning it off?

6. A couple points on this. (hosing is key. you do get what you pay for, use w3 total cache or wp-rocket cache. A good caching plugin with minify can really help. Don’t overuse plugins. Think minimal where you can. Test with pingdom for speed tests and really work to keep your images compressed so your site file size stays low.

7. This is because scrolling is done a bit differently in a touch device on a mobile browser. The way that scrolling is triggered is a little different and there is a “lag” in that it won’t trigger scroll the same way.

Well, plugins are listed correctly and seems they are updated but I suppose it is an important item to keep up to date the plugins, can you check it?
If you lost the admin data tell me how send it privately.

Hi There,

I’m using polylang for the website, and I had the “page not found” issue with portfolio. So I found solution in forum that downgrade the pagebuilder to 2.0.4, and it returns working. But I just updated the theme to the version 3.4.3, the portfolio looks like broken. It shows “page not found” when I reopen them. Also disabled the pagebuilder is not working. Can you check it in the backend please?

I’m seeing a javascript error on your site. I would suggest deactivating plugins to test if one is interfering with the update. Also, how did you go about updating?

I just updated our Kadence Slider on our site last night and now none of the Sliders are loading (or appearing at least) when you visit our site. What about the new update would have caused this to happen?

I sometimes encounter this exact problem with updates. I havent figured out why exactly this occurs both in local using WAMP and multisite, and on a live server; one thing though, I am using in both situations child themes of Pinnacle Premium. Is it my server, my PC, my child theme, the plugins I have, who knows…
My work around is prior to the Pinnacle update, to activate another theme for my site, like Twenty Sixteen or another, do the update for Pinnacle (which takes just a few seconds), and when done, revert back to my child theme of Pinnacle (activate it). It works fine every time.
And in situations I forgot to switch theme before doing the update, I removed files from the wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium folder (I noticed the theme was missing a lot of files after the failed update) and I copy the files of the newest version of Pinnacle Premium in pinnacle_premium folder, files that I grab from my Kadence account. Not sure it is the best way to do it, but it works for me.
Of course, I never changed any files that comes with a theme, that is why all my changes are done in a child theme. So just replacing original files of a theme has no consequence on my sites.

Okay clear, than i skip this item for now.

Strange thing is happening here! The theme option section is complete blanco. I can not enter any settings. Any idea what could be the problem for this?
