In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: remove header space for individual page
Thanks for your patience… this doesn’t work for my site. The photos we are using in the header area for each page require the 300 px height; changing this to 80 px makes them too narrow. I also tried removing the logo widget from the topbar and adding the 80 px logo via the “logo options” section, but what I get is a logo that only appears on scrolling and then in a lower position on the page. It does not look anything like the example from the Pinnacle site you gave.
I’ve reset everything to my original settings. I think I’ll just have to add a top image to the page in question rather than trying to remove the white space.

January 1, 2016 at 10:25 am #73641I haven’t touched the site… Did you remove the mute button? Because if you did that would change whats needs to happen in terms of css.
Hang on I’ll fix.
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Getting a desktop version for mobile
January 1, 2016 at 10:03 am #73636Hey,
No thats not an option with a responsive theme. When you see options like that its for a set up where there are two separate “themes” or versions of the site that are fixed. This time or design doesn’t have that option.Ben

I’m not sure what happened, but when I went to my site I noticed that when I moved the mouse a button popped up in the middle of the screen. I’m guessing this is what you put there yesterday, but I did not see it then. When I push this button it does turn the music on and off.
BUT I can of no longer see the slides of words. I’m not sure what has changed. I did notice that all the slider elements now have numbers to the left and that there is code added to the slider. If it’s a matter of getting the music to turn on and off or no slides. The slides are more important.
In forum: Virtue ThemeIs it possible to get a desktop version for showing the website on smartphones?
I´ve seen this on many websites – mostly there is a button shown at the end of the site which says “change to desktop version”.I would want it different. I want the desktop version to be shown first. And then after some seconds there should open a small window which says “there´s a mobile version for this website. Do you want to switch” (YES, NO) or something like that.
Hi,
There is an option in Page Builder by SiteOrigins to put a background picture with ‘Parallax’ and another one with ‘Parallax original size’ effect in Pinnacle theme. In Virtue Premium it seems to be missing the second option.
I want to use original size option because it scrolls much faster when using the page. Pictures are a bit of, but its a lot smoother. With the normal Parallax option in Virtue it really lagging. And I am using a lot of it in the home page. In Pinnacle it worked really nice but I want features from Virtue Premium..
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Adding extra social links
Hi there,
First of all, I love this theme!
So, I am using the social widget but want to add other icons than those built-in to the widget. Is there a way I can do this?
Here is the site: *Login to see link
The social icons are in the footer. Thanks!

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Image use on Page Builder
Sorry I think I was a little impatient when I posted this. Now Ive had some time to play with it I’m starting to figure out how it works. I will go through an editor and resize the photos in my image menu.
Below the image menu is the picture I was talking about. It seems to still have the photo “fixed” after i switched to premium which is nice, is there any way that I can change the image position while keeping it parallax? When I switched to premium it converted it to a site origin editor.
In the future if I wanted to do the same thing would I just have to make it a call to action, I see that call to action allows me to do that.

December 31, 2015 at 2:51 pm #73570what this an intentional design choice – no, just I hadn’t checked that on your site. I’m doing some testing with customizer to fix this.
It’s not possible to set what part of the image shows because it’s not a background image. It’s added as an image tag and there isn’t css to force that to show the bottom or top.
You can use this css to force the whole image into the height you set. will mean that the image isn’t as wide but it will show the whole thing.
.single-article .post-single-img img { max-height: 300px; overflow: hidden; }Ben

December 31, 2015 at 2:45 pm #73568Hey,
Based on your error someone added something to the themes functions.php file. There is no line 108 in the current theme so just open that file and remove whatever you added. That should bring your site back. You can access files through your cpanel web files.Ben
