Hey,

I think about changing my webhosting. If I rebuild my site from zero how will I reinstall Virtue Theme. I kept the zip package used for the first install so I can reinstall the Theme from my PC using it. Will that work or do I need a password ?

Hi Guys,

I have a site running WP 3.4.1 with your Virtue Premium 3.3.8

Uploading the the Media Library started giving an “HTTP Error” and not uploading the image for use. (Am able to upload PDFs still.)

Googled the issue, checked server config against another WP-Virtue site, etc…

THEN – as a test I tried to upload a jpg to the 2nd WP-Virtue site – and, success. It was WP 3.4.1 BUT the Virtue Premium was 3.3.5(?). Updated it to Virtue Premium 3.3.8 and then it also didn’t upload jpgs to the Media Library.

So it seems this issues only applies to version Virtue Premium 3.3.8. Can you please look into this.

I tried to use PrivateContent plugin on my Pinnacle Premium site. But plugin doesn’t work. Login button says nothing. I asked plugin’s support but they didn’t found solution. Page’s fields on database found that kind of “junkcode”  and every scandinavian letters looks strange. But still these pages look right on the site.

Hi Hannah,

Is there a way to add the white in the css below with also the background url image, as for some reason when I do that it wont pick it up. Currently its picking up the mosaic bg from the advanced styling.

background: #fff;
}

The reason I am not doing it from the Advanced styling is because that bg pattern is used for the main website and I was using the link below for a landing page

Hi Hannah – nope. I have no posts whatsoever (or portfolio pages). Only been using the staff pages and the staff grid page.

Hey Lucas,
You could probably make this work with some css. Can you post a link?
For the bulletin banner, create a primary menu which will be placed in your header then create a secondary menu (from Appearance > Menus). You can set the backgrounds for the header and secondary menu in Theme Options > Advanced Styling. Then you can add a sitewide banner from Theme Options > Main Settings.

I’m getting an error message on the mobile version of the site with the Revolution Slider. I just changed out some of the images on the demo version of the theme, but am getting this error message (and it’s not showing):

“Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries and make it not work.”

What would this be referring to?

Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion! I really appreciate it. I use WP Rocket cache and my site has been up and running for a few months now. Everything worked fine. This just started happening so i don’t think it has anything to do with WP Rocket cache settings. I didn’t change the settings.
Hopefully they will be able to help.

i am also like one of you, use virtue premium for a shopping cart. i use “total cache” plug in to remove webpage cache so that my client always get updated form of my site, and it works!

I would like to move the Virtue:Image to the same level as the SiteOrgin Slider and float it to the right margin.

I have added a Virture:Image to my Header Widget Area. It is one of the same images used in the SiteOrgin Slider so I do not believe size is an issue.

All the CSS I have tried to address what I believe to be the <div class=”<div class=”kad_img_upload_widget”> does not have the desired effect.

Your guidance would be genuinely appreciated.

Hi Hannah – thanks for the reply. I’ve moved on a little from yesterday, as I cannot seem to get the portfolio thumbnails as I want them.
I don’t know if you can help, but I can get most of what I want with a masonry gallery – the thumbs are correct and I get a caption on hover, but what I’m being asked to do is have a caption overlay by default, which changes to a description on hover, and then link the image through to another page which will likely be a simple gallery.
I’ve been searching plug ins all day and yet to find a solution to this.
What is being asked is the effect on the thumbnails below the slider on this page: http://www.millingtonassociates.com/ – I am asked to ‘clone’ this site within reason.
I’ve only really just started working with WordPress and I’m trying to use it as a quick way to build responsive sites. Just finding it hard to get things to work in a specified way! Your help would be appreciated. There’s likely a simple way to do this, but I’ve no idea what!

Hey, also; if I add the logo in main theme settings, it shows up on the main site on the desktop. I don’t want that. I want it only to be seen on mobile phones, on the menu bar….in the middle …. with the main menu button on the left and shopping cart icon on the right.
