Hey Gerard,
I didn’t see a site when I clicked on your link?
Ben
I have contacted their plugin support. We decided to cancel and deactivate that plugin. It wasn’t until I attempted to update virture premium theme when our site collapse. The plugin was deleted prior to me updating the virtue premium theme. When I go and check plugin in wordpress the old instabuilder plugin has been removed
Hi Ben,
I thought all was going well, until I viewed my site on an iPad 2 and realised that the whole site shows in desktop version except the navigation bar which shows in mobile. Needless to say, the outcome is pretty unsightly ):
Website:
http://www.phoebephilo.sg
Homepage with ipad placed in landscape layout:

Homepage with ipad placed in portrait layout:

Portfolio with ipad placed in landscape layout:

As you can see from the images, everything is in desktop layout except the nav bar, which is in some awkward position. The home page slider is also not centralised for some reason. Is there some way to fix this? To have the nav bar show as the desktop one at least? Thanks so much for the quick response guys (:
Ok, First off. your using an out of date wordpress and you have a older out of date version of the theme? You should always be up to date. Is there a reason you have not been updating?
You need to do that first, then I can update your sites child theme.

Hi,
I receive the following warnings on all pages of my site, http://www.flyerkites.com
Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in /home/content/22/11874322/html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/nav.php on line 39
I’m not sure what it means or how to correct it. I deactivated all plugins to see if it would make a difference and it did not. Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
You need to install the plugin I’ve referenced: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
Then you search for your sites url with http and you replace with your sites url with https

It’s determined by depth to type first. So for example if you had web design > mobile sites and other single depth type it would use the one with mobile sites and follow that back.
Then if they are all equal in terms of depth it goes by the oldest item (which is more of a wordpress thing then something I set in the code. WordPress likes to default to this when your searching for depth. So it’s not really something you can change).
So I suggest if you want to assign more then one to use depth (child items) if you would like to control which is prioritized in breadcrumbs.

I’ve just upgraded to Premium Virtue from Free version and all the style and theme settings I had under the free version have gone and the site seems to have been set to some sort of default. I thought the upgrade would help me improve/ build on my existing website, not make me start all over again! Have I done something wrong, or is this normal?

Hi Ian,
You can use this css:
.woocommerce span.onsale {
display: none;
}
Just paste it into your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings.
In the future please start a new thread and provide a link to your site.

Hi Kadence Themes,
First off, great theme!
A site i have made using Virtue Premium is now live and i’ve registered and activated Google search console, but i’m getting the following error in Google search console:
“Showing a sample of [X] pages having the selected error type (Missing: fn).”
After some searching, i’ve not been able to find a conclusive solution for this problem and was just wondering if it is a theme issue or you know of this issue and/ or how to solve it?
apologies if this isn’t quite the right place for this question, but i’m struggling to find an answer..!
Thanks,
Martin.
After I updated to newer version of Virute Premium my site collapse. what is going on? Below is how my site looks:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘ib2_layout_template’ not found or invalid function name in /home1/tahfla76/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 213
Please Help!
Tommie

Hey,
1. Could be caching, you may need a wait a few days for caching to clear.
2. You don’t seem to have a SEO plugin installed. That is really important for setting up your meta tags that sites like facebook use for sharing.
I suggest installing yaost SEO.
Ben
Why don’t you just send me a login to your site so I can see what your doing. You can use Set as private reply

Hello,
I hope I am not being really thick here – but I just can’t find the page settings – so within each page – you can still alter from ‘default’ to ‘full width’ etc – but I am sure there used to be somewhere to do it across the site? I looked through all the options but couldn’t find it – am I being daft? Or have you removed it…?
Many thanks
Nic
Hello,
My website *Login to see link is built using Virtue Premium theme. I have removed all the demo content images from the media library.
Yet when I post a link to my site on facebook by way of promoting it – Facebook shows some Virtue mountainous theme images and also a load of latin placeholder text.
Where is it getting this from, and why won’t it show my own images (and text) from the website???
Help gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
Hello,
Is there a way to make the ‘read more’ text on the testimonial carousel a different colour without altering it on site wide primary colour?
Can I turn the avatar bust thingy off? And make the text bigger please?
Here’s the site:

Many thanks
