Change default quantity to Zero on storefront

Hi,
I want to change the default quantity that appears in the box next to ‘Add to cart button’ on the storefront from 1 to zero. On the store for any product – simple or variation product the default quantity in the box which is next to ‘Add to basket’ button is 1. How can I change it to zero?
