Hey,

I am developping an ecommerce site. J would like to allow the choice of price as a mean to select the products in the MENU bar. Is it possible ? How to manage ? The price is not a category and can’t be use to build the menu !

Latest WordPress 4.3.1 and Virtue Theme 3.3.7.

I have built many sites on one domain and then transferred them to another domain with virtue themes.
my one problems is that when i do this, i always lose the theme options and have to do them again.
there must be a step that i am missing out. can you help.
this is what I do

in file manager on old domain..
1. Compress wordpress files and download to pc
2. Go to phpmyadmin andexport database
3. In notepad, open old database and find and replace old domain name with new one. save with new name.O

In file manager on new domain..
4 Create a new database, user and password.
5. In phpmyadmin, import changed database.
6. Upload and extract wordpress files from pc

this is should it, but I still have to reinstate all the theme options and widgets.
What am I leaving out.

I am developping a site selling products sorted by category. I thought of a portfolio as a mean to present photos representing each category of product (carrousel type) and linking towards pages showing the different products of a given category.

To sum up :
* the home page represents a carrousel portfolio (the portfolio is build automatically according to the chosen category)
* clicking on an image of a category then we are directed towards a page showing the different products of that category
* then clicking on a product leads on the product page with the ability to order the product

Is that possible ? If not is there any other mean to do that ?

Try re-saving your permalinks. Go to Settings > Permalinks and save changes. If that doesn’t fix please start a new topic and provide a link to your site.

i upload new logo in the size of 1063 × 591
i put the logo in the “Logo (For Transparent Header)”, this is the only place that effect my site.
how can i increase the size of the logo (the x2 doesn’t work).

Hey Ben, i corrected the site by inserting rows without parallax where i need to transit colors. It works ok so far.

One small exception:

At width smaler than ~570px i get a white horizontal line. From inspector i find that i can correct it with:

col-md-4 clearfix kad-header-left {
min-height: 0px !important;
}

… but this messes things up. Should i use @media or am i tottaly wrong again ?

2. I will look into that.
With regards to the option of two sliders …. I haven’t added the second slider as at… Do I add the second slider shortcode just after the first slider shortcode? I want to add the sliders to all pages and all product categories, the way it is on the main site . Will that be too much of css to input ?

Also, I’m not too sure what slider size will be required in mobile devices ….Can it be adjusted later on? I want it to match the proportions of the other aspects of the site.

I think you misunderstood my question, I meant adding a secondary menu such as in the space highlighted here, like the secondary menu in virtue site style three.

I added and set the secondary menu in the menu settings, but it doesn’t show (virtue site style one).

can be resolved….I saw there exists a SiteOrigin Widget for Google Maps and now it works with it.

at 1st – I would thank you a lot for your great support with my problems when web developing with Pinnacle theme in the last month!
Now the Site is online and I’m on the last fixes. With one of them I have the problem, that a Google Maps iframe does not work on mobile devices.

You can see it here:

Do you have a Idea what I makes wrong with the Siteorigin Editor?
