I need your help.

I am using the 4 widget Footer layout. I basically want to use a no widget footer layout.

I am trying to have this example centered in the Footer. One line above the other.

Home Quick Guide Contact <— these would be menu links

I put the above text and links and centered the two lines in a visual editor and put that in Footer Column 1 and it only centered those two lines in Footer Column 1 – no surprise. But I want to center those two lines in the entire footer, not just within a Footer 1 widget.

Can I do this and if yes, how?
