Sounds like you might have another plugin causing errors in your admin. Have you tried deactivating plugins?

Can you post a link and login to your site so I can take a look?

What is the link to your site?

for a perfect circle you will have to set a fixed height and width that are equal.

Hey,
The vertical line has nothing to do with plugins, that was about jQuery. The line is there because that is a wordpress standard style for block quotes. Don’t use a blog quote if you don’t want a vertical line.

My comment about plugins was only to because your site is loading scripts incorrectly. Looking deeper that is because this plugin: popup-press is loading scripts before jquery loads. You should contact the plugin author or not use the plugin.

When I click on the “Customize” button on the front end of the web page I receive this error:

“Fatal error: Call to a member function check_capabilities() on a non-object in /Users/christinahoward/Documents/Websites/www.intercontinentalcog.dev/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-control.php on line 283”

The Customize option was working fine 2 days ago but yesterday when I started editing my site the error appeared.

Can anyone tell me how to resolved this issue or why this is popping up?

Thanks, but that did not solve the issue. As you can see in the link below, the sidebar is still going out of the width of the whole website.

If you view the page on a mobile, you can even seen a bigger blank white space on the right hand side.

I have version 3.3.6 virtue premium and i cant upload 3.3.7…it says
Installing the latest version…
Removing the old version of the plugin…
Plugin update failed.

Any suggestions as I only bought it on the 25/11/2015 which was 2 days ago and it says on your site the latest version was the 20/11/2015 which would surely mean that i should have uploaded the 3.3.7 in the first place.

They works well though.

Hi! Sorry to ask another CSS question but I’m trying to hide the topbar menu when on mobile (I have a separate, bigger mobile menu enabled which works great).
But I want to keep the topbar on mobile for social media/cart/search. Is it possible to do this? I’ve tried:

}

..but nothing changed. Any pointers?

Along the right side staring below the Header Widget Area I have my menu in the Primary Sidebar.

In the Homepage Layout Manager I only have “Best Selling Products” and “Page Content” enabled. I enabled the “Home Widget Area” that just pushed my carousel down.

How do I access the area to the right of my logo and SiteOrigin Slider and above my menu?

Hi Ben,

I’ve been trying to make a cafe table builder for my website bydezignfurniture.co.nz.

The image isn’t changing when options are selected. I’m using a 3rd party plugin called multistep product config for this. What makes me think it may be the theme interacting with it is that I’ve experimented with a colour variation swatch before (i.e. click the colour icon to change the colour of the product), the image didn’t change then either. In both cases just using it as a product with variants work. Can you have a quick look for me please?

I am using the revolution slider on my home page, http://www.smartidtracking.com. I have used some keywords inside the slider that are important to my business. My site SEO ranking is very poor and I hear one reason could be that the keyboards inside the flash such as this slider may not be found by the search engines. Is that true? If so, is there a way to get around this problem and make the keywords visible to search engines without losing the slider? Any other suggestions on improving my SEO ranking is appreciated.

I have used your demo content for the Premium theme, set it up per instructions, and created a RevSlider that mimicks closely what you have on the Home Page Style 3.

The problem is my slider displays at full width (beyond width of screen) on my mobile phone. On your demo site the slider displays properly.
I even tried the slider using one of your Style 3 slider images just to make sure it was not an image issue on my end. nothing I try works.

what are the setup(s) to get my revolution slider to work like your Home Page Site Style 3 of the premium demo site ?

Using a child theme of Pinnacle Premium 1.5.2
Hi, in Theme option/Logo options, I can change the logo width to 16%, 25%, 33% and so on. I selected 25%.
My problem is that I have many menu items. On wider screens, they all appear on 1 line but on smaller screens, before the menu breaks into a “hamburger style”, the menu items appear on 2 lines. I selected 16% so now my menu items always appear on 1 line before breaking into a hamburger style, but now my logo is too small, especially on larger screens.
1. How can I change it to 20% (which I think should be OKay)?
2. Or better, how can I change it to 20% ONLY on screens between 720px and 992px wide?
If you can post both solutions, I will play around with it. If you need an access to my site, I will provide you with an admin code.

Sorry, I should have checked the tablet mobile site first before responding, which I just did. It doesn’t appear to be re-sizing correctly, as it does on the phone. I don’t know whether this makes a difference, but I am looking at an 8″ screen.
