As I do not see any support on this issue I would like to address the following.
I’ve bought the Virtue Premium version a few months ago and have used this theme for various web sites
The latest installation however has been compromised and ending up in massive spam being sent from the domain.
To whom can I turn to further address this (huge) issue and how to solve it

Also, I have to add, not everyone wants or needs or likes a responsive site, so it shoukd be optional.

Okay. As an amateur, I had no idea what a responsive site was. Now I know. I am very surprised that there is no option to turn this off for users who don’t want it. I am also surprised that you essentially have no control over what the responsive site is going to look like, so all my hours of painstakingly placing things in optimal places just gets automatically shifted around. Not a great feature at all for conversion rates….

So, please help me salvage this.

Hi Hannah,

I added

.widget-title {
    background-image: url(http://wordpress.memorialsighet.ro/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/widget.png);
    padding: 10px;
}

to the testing site http://wordpress.memorialsighet.ro, but it didn’t work. Where I am wrong?

Also, for the image to match the height of the widget title area and to not repeat, is it ok to add this to the code?:

background-size: contain !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat !important;

Hey Ben, thanks for the reply.

As I said, the site is still in development, so things like unclosed anchor tags and cross browser compatability aren’t really my main concern right now. As not closing an anchor tag isn’t going to destroy the formatting for specific devices.

The iPhone is running iOS 7.1.2. And I have tried it in both chrome and safari on those devices.

The really weird thing is that occasionally it will load perfectly, then thirty seconds into testing, the site will jump back into the incorrect version.

Any ideas on what could be causing this problem? I can get screenshots if that would help.

The link you posted just takes me to a page not found? You still have wp-admin as part of the link which anything past wp-admin would be only for someone logged in…

Maybe it would be best if you can post a login to your site. You can use “Set as private reply” to make the post private.

Hello there! First off, I just want to say I love this theme. It’s so diverse and customizable, it’s really a joy to use as a developer.

Now for the problem: for some reason, my site (mainsailstudio.com [still in development]) is displayed incorrectly by older versions of IOS. This is definitely not a problem with the site, as I designed everything to be responsive.

On my old iPhone 4 and a family members iPad, the pages in my site so not display the typical background, and a super large amount of space is added in between divs. It renders the site completely in unusable on those devices, and I was just curious if this happened to be the themes fault.

The site looks perfect on other android devices of similar ratio.

I am using SendOwl and want to make my own View Cart link in the topbar menu. I’ve figured out how to do that, but:

1. I would like to use shopping cart icon #4. Is there a way to do this in the topbar menu?
2. I would like to keep my topbar menu on the left and place the View Cart on the right without shifting the whole menu to the right. Is there a way around that?

I can’t share yet link, the site is not live yet.
but i will try to explain again, i’m creating portfolio post in Hebrew, the text alignment should be from right to left, for the text i use RTL plugin so the text start from right to left as expected but the text box align to the left and not to the right. i cant find the way to change the layout of the page to be from right to left and i don’t want to change the full site to be RTL, only particular page. in the portfolio i don’t have the option to use the page builder that maybe can help in situation like this.

I do apologize, I’m not sure what link you want me to send. I do know once I create a pop up page using the instabuilder software I am receiving the error like the link I sent you to the preview page. I was hoping to achieve a pop up page in my about us section of our website. I was told that the instbuilder software is compatible with Kadence themes. Would you be able to provide me an example of what you would need from me, thank you kindly

I’ve already been on the site from your link before I just need a link to the page where your getting the error or if you could send me a login or if you can give me more information about the error I might be able to help?
