My website is glovetacts.com
I’ve been having a bit of trouble getting the correct font to display on my webpage. Within the revolution slider settings I have selected the “open sans” font but when I view the website I get a different font.
How do I make both fonts the same?

I’m using Safari to open the page. In Chrome, there isn’t this white bar.

Did you try this with the demo? Your site seems to get it’s javascript blocked.. The demo doesn’t. At this point it could be the server you are using that purify doesn’t like or it could be a plugin. You would do well to minify your js and then maybe purify doesn’t stop it from loading but it’s not in the control of the theme. Test with w3 total cache and minfy.Ben

Hey Robert,
Wamp by default has an upload size of 2mb. Thats why you can’t install through wordpress.. You can of course fix your php settings. (tons of wamp tutorials online).
And You can also just open up the folder where you have the site navigate to wp-content/themes/ and drop the theme file right in using windows then when you go to the admin of the site the theme will be there for you to activate.

Hi Ben,
I should have mentioned in my initial email that my portfolio options are already set to “navigate through category.” Something doesn’t seem to be working with this setting on my site. It might also help to mention that I previously had the bottom carousel turned on for individual portfolio items and they also scrolled through items that weren’t part of the category. (I’ve since turned this off.)
I figured at some point you’d be telling me I needed a “child theme” and to edit some code (scary!!!!).

I have a earlier version of Pinnacle premium 1.2.7. Can I load that as I’m running it on another site with the same host and it is working perfectly?

Hi,
I’d like to use Heading 6 as my blog posts font, and although it’s an option in the visual editor, there’s no way to adjust its default values. In Typography, the options go from Heading 5 to Page Subtitle. Is Heading 6 missing in typography?Can this be changed in the next theme update, or custom CSS used? I’d offer a link but my site isn’t live.

HI Hannah. a few weeks ago I joined a new social media site called http://www.blab.im. It is a webinar based site that you can talk about anything and have people come in or leave your blab as they please. On friday they released a new feature that when you embed your scheduled blab on to your website. the embed will allow you to do a live stream right on your website. So you don’t even have to be in blab.im to be involved. I can have people right on my website watching and interacting with the blab. I would like to take that full embed code and place it into the Virtue Storcode button so it can work with my website.

Hi guys,
I viewed both videos, but I’m having similar issues as above. I have a split top menu w/3 tabs left, 3 tabs right and logo in the center. When click on the logo, it goes to Pinnacle Demo home page, not THE home page. Sometimes clicking on “home” from the menu, it goes to Pinnacle Demo home also, sometimes it goes to THE home page.
Reading set to static > home; Customize > Static page > home also.I have the site set on maintenance mode. If needed, I can set you up as admin, but I think I need an email address from you to do it.
Please advise.
