Portfolio Item Order when using category grid

Hi there,
Q1: Is there any way to control the order of portfolio items when using the category grid? They appear to be displayed randomly and I need them to be displayed alphabetically by name. I’m currently using the portfolio grid which does display them initially in alphabetical order, but when you use the scroll feature after selecting a single item, the scroll feature seems to ignore both the category type and the listing order. Q2: Is it possible to display the categories associated with a portfolio item when it’s opened? I have breadcrumbs turned on, but it only associates the item with a single category.
