    Topic: Footer not working after switching to premium

    Hi,
    I love your theme and just purchased the premium version. I switched from the free version using your export/ import option.

    I reset up menus and footer widgets and everything looks great except the footers are not showing on any page.
    I have looked through all the setting and have set the footer for 3 widget areas, but nothing I can find will get the footer widgets to show on my site.
    It worked fine in the free site.

    Hi there,

    I have a client who is getting an error on her Virtue website when people are trying to checkout via Paypal (Woocommerce)

    The error is as follows and only occurs when checking out on Iphones and iPads:

    Syntax Error: JSON Parse error: Unrecognised token ‘<‘

    The site in question is

    I’ve tried to replicate the error myself on an iphone4s, 5s and ipad mini, but am unable to, so all I have to go on is a screenshot of the error that the client sent to me.

    Wordpress, Plugins and the Theme are all up to date.

    I’m not even sure if this is theme related (so if not, I sincerely apologise) but was hoping someone might know how to troubleshoot/fix this before I have to pay a developer to.

    I’m liran, this is my website – pashoshi.com, I’m still working on it.
    I have few things i need help:
    1. I want to have a subscribe for people who comming to my website to creat a mailing list and send them cupon and let them know of any new product’s, how I can add a subscribe to have only email and name?
    2. I want to add to my icon’s a differet icon that is not in the list, what is the size i need to use that it will look the same like the regular icon you have on the list?
    3. every time im doing changes it takes lots of time untill i see it, you know why maybe?

    I downloaded WP super Cache (saw it in a tutorial) but I didn´t activated it. That creates a problem too?
    I asked my host about php memory and they say I should have no problem.

    About CATEGORIES, why don´t they show when widget is added?

    My web site is: and I use virtue premium.

    1. After changing the settings of the “Huge IT Image Gallery” plugin, strange things were appeared on my site. I could not open the main page for editing, menus were corrupted and page ranking has changed. When the application is deactivated, the problems getting better. Whhen it is activated, same problems are happening again. I deleted and reinstall the plugin, but the problems did not improve. Similar problems are now occured with “easy FaceBook like button” plugin. I can not use these plugins. What do you recommend? Deleting the “Virtue premium”, reinstall the zip file and update is appropriate for me?

    2. In the settings, I activated the breadcrumbs, but it did not not appear in the pages. Is the problem linked to the previous question?

    Sorry for the dumb question of the week, but could someone take a look please and tell me how to find the menu related to the very bottom portion of my site that reads – “Hand Made Pens”. I would like to delete this section, but don’t see it anywhere.

    Hi,
    I’ve been using WPML plugin to translate and have learned how to translate everything from English to Spanish except the Image Menu = pictures & description and Featured Products title only (products translate). I found the Image Menu descriptions in String Translation but it says they are waiting to be translated under Translation Que. When I try to access the jobs, it does not show any of the non-page/post jobs listed for my username.This may be a better question for WPML, but I thought I’d ask here first. I saw where you mentioned a work-around by just re-creating the page using page builder, which I’m willing to do- but feel like if I could just access these jobs, I could translate them. Thanks again!

    Hi,

    I see some minor display differences when I use Virtue premium to twenty fifteen. Minor issue in browser and in mobile display. I had reached out to the plugin author and he is indicating that since the plugin display is good in Twenty Fifteen theme, I need to reach out to you. Would you be able to check ? I am using Virtue Premium and child theme – “Child theme for Virtue Premium, makes vendor plugin work.”

    Issue-1 : Qty change arrow does NOT appear in virtue theme but is visible in Twenty Fifteen theme. As per the plugin demo site, the Qty change arrow should be visible.
    Ref-1: This is the picture of twenty fifteen theme where Qty arrows are visible.
    Ref-2 : This is the picture of Virtue Premium theme where Qty arrows are NOT visible.

    Issue-2 :In the mobile, there is an overlap of the text with the price in Virtue theme. In Twenty Fifteen, the text overlap is not present.
    Ref-1: Snapshot of the mobile view in Twenty Fifteen Theme. There is no overlap.
    Ref-2 : Snapshot of the mobile view in Virtue premium with child theme. There is overlap of price and text.

    You can view in the site Please select Layout 2 in the homepage see the issue on mobile.

    Ok, lets start with the “logo” what are you seeing for pinnacle is an image. Not the site title. Just an image that is added in the theme options > logo settings and in the transparent header settings. If you would just like to use text then you need to remove that logo or replace it with your own.

    There is a logo for when the header is transparent. (theme options > site header. Scroll down.)
    And there is a logo for when the header is normal. (theme options > logo settings).

    If you remove those two logos then it will default to show your site title.

    You would add something like this in the functions.php file.

    add_action('kt_afterheader', 'kt_slider_everypage');

	echo '</div>';
}

    The trick is then do you really want this on every page, post, product or are you only wanting this on some, also this will add itself in the header so on pages that you want it would would also need to unhook or hide whatever title normally would show.

    Yep, I deactivated several plugins (not all). As I do not have the problem on my other website (www.TeamCrate.com) I think I need to re-install the Virtue Theme…
