The site & menu works well when I use my laptop, but not when I use my IPhone. Did you looked at the site with a mobile Phone or IPad?

Hmm, I’m not seeing any errors on your site. Did you try deactivating your plugins?

For the same product I also have an English website, and there the dropdown menu works well…?? I don get it…grrrrr.

Can you post a link to your site? Try deactivating plugins one by one to test if one is interfering. Did you deactivate the virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin? That is not needed with Virtue premium.Hannah

When touching the menu with your finger (on an IPad or IPhone) you see the menu dropdown for a split second, but than it closes again..??? I cannot make a selection…

I just downloaded the newest version and installed it on a completely fresh and new WP site. Even though the site and everything is in the correct language, the theme is still in ENglish in front- and backend. I’m not seeing any extra space? You can change your header height from Theme Options > Site Header. Does that work for you?Hannah

Hi,
We have a site under construction and works great on most devices but for some reason the site is not responsive when using the Ipad mini.
In portrait view everything is fine but once you turn the screen to landscape view only 3/4 of the site can be seen (swiping around is required to view the rest of the page).I will send admin details in a private reply in case you need them.

AnthonyIn forum: Virtue ThemeAfter I had the latest theme update, my Revolution Slider overlaps my secondary menu so that the font is slightly cropped at the bottom. Plus, there is a transparent gap between the nav bar and the drop down menus. Website is *Login to see link . I’ve tried messing with some settings, but I can’t seem to fix it.

Hello,
All of my pages have a space at the top of the page between the header and the very top. I have the topbar deactivated. After looking at the inspector, it appears to be an attribute of the html tag with a top-margin of 32px. It also appears as though the original code has “!important” listed with the attribute. Is there a way I can bypass this or any code I can use to get rid of the space?

in your Video you select the “Fullwidth” Template for creating a site. I dont have this option to choose in the menu of my Pinnacle Premium Theme. Are there additional settings necessary for using full width pages?Kind regards

I´ve installed pinnacle premium, + demo content+ kandace style 03.
When I make changes in customize i can see them, but when i go to see the site it goes back to where it was. Again when I change things in theme options I can´t even see the changes even though when i look either on customize or theme options the changes i set are still there!

So I added a override fix in your footer using a javascript function.That will get it working on your site.
