Just wondering if you have had any comments re the use of the instamember plugin conflicting with Virtue Premium.
As mentioned, I had started from scratch with my site and after installing the instamember plugin and setting up the membership area I am finding the page permalinks are not operating properly. When I put the site url with the page extension it will revert to another page or give me a 304 warning!
Maybe you can recommend a more stable membership software that you have had recommended or maybe someone on here can advise me of what they have found successful to use with Virtue.

I am seeing things like the following:

A picture (or two) in a gallery will only show the top 2/3 of the pic, and the bottom 1/3 will be black. And it’s not just galleries. For example, on this page:

…some of the Image Menus (buttons) appear partially black, too. The weird thing is that it happened on 2 out of 3 iPads, yet all three were new out of the box – the loading issues just seem to be random (but once they happen, they don’t go away, even if I clear the browser cache). To me, it seems like a caching problem, but refreshing doesn’t help, and it’s completely inconsistent, but always on mobile.

I have the same issues in my office where some of my iPhone 5s show Virtue Theme-based mobile sites just fine, while the EXACT SAME DEVICE will have some loading issue…sometime no Rev Sliders will show, but again, it’s inconsistent and seems to happen on one device but not the other. Note though that I don’t generally have these loading issues – just on sites I’ve built with the Virtue Theme (sites on the same server build differently don’t seem to have the issue.)

It doesn’t happen on desktops ever (can’t reproduce it at all on Windows nor Mac) as far as I can tell. It’s always on mobile (iPhone/iPad) devices, and consistently has issues.

Sometimes, on certain sites I’ve built with Virtue, on certain devices, the Rev Slider won’t load at all – it’ll just have a blank space where the slider should be. Again, it will come and go, but when it happens, it keeps happening for a while until some random time in the future when the behavior will change with no know cause.

Could you be more specific as to what issues are showing up in mobile? What do you mean the gallery images are breaking? I just checked your site from an iphone 6 and didn’t notice anything. Are you seeing these same issues when you view the demos on mobile? http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/

I am experiencing a lot of problems with gallery images randomly breaking on some mobile devices, but not others, and then for no reason with no changes, images will start breaking differently on a device and things that didn’t work before will start working again.

I just set up three fresh, clean iPad, and in accessing a particular website, two of the iPads were fine and the other had problems with certain images, and clearing caches and things didn’t it.

It just seems like on mobile things from the virtue been randomly beak – but this doesn’t happen on desktop. It’s not just this one website either, I seem to have intermittent mobile problems with most sites built on virtue theme. ( and I don’t experienced the same problem on other sites build not using this theme.)

Is there a known bug here, or some underlying problem that can be resolved?

I want to continue using mean, but when details really matter and everything must work, there just seems to be too many intermittent problem on mobile devices that I don’t. When using other themes.

Please help.

After updating Woocommerce recently there appeared a new option in the upper left-hand corner of my dashboard. Under the option Visit Site there is now the option of Visit Store. We definitely don’t want this and I haven’t been able to remove it. I tried:

.wp-admin-bar-view-store {
display: none;
}
But it didn’t work. I’m sure you guys can make it work. Thanks as always

Did you translate all the posts after you installed?

for example if your posts were only in one language and you had the site showing in a different language there would be no posts to show.

Ok, I can see changing the menu style using developer tools the separate menu items can be targeted,

.menu-home{
background-color: #000;
}

So, adding a custom class name to menu items is redundant then?

Anyhoo, is it possible to have only the website logo without any navigation at the top of the page? Only leaving the SEARCH?

I’ve tried that one, in the edit menus page I gave the menu item a class:

nav-home

then tried to add the css to it in the theme options custom css panel,

.nav-home{
background-color: #000;
}

but it didn’t change the list item. I just wondered if I needed to add another class before it like (.sf-menu li .nav-home)?

So, I might have a work around using Uber Menu, and wonder is it possible to remove the header nav, so I only show the website LOGO without the standard navigation?

Perhaps only show the “search” function.

with standard then it would be :
